Klaus's POV

       Pain.... that is what I felt. I was in my house sitting on my couch drinking my scotch, I finally stopped crying. None of my siblings wanted to walk in here knowing I'll go off. Caroline, that bitch I gave her everything she asked for, yet she tells me. 'Oh, I am sorry Klaus, but I choose Tyler he's sweeter and nicer and I just can't be with you Klaus I'm sorry'. I roll my eyes remembering what she told me it pissed me off. That stupid boy and Caroline that stupid cunt, honestly it does hurt I will not lie. However, I just switched my switch off snapping her neck.... she wasn't all dead she had that Salvatore blood in her so she's probably a vampire right now. I didn't care she betrayed me I hurt those that do so. 

    I sighed hearing Elijah walk in with Bekah as they sit next to me both too nervous to say anything, but they looked at each other nodding. Bekah spoke softly to me rubbing my arm, which for her it was weird for her to be this sweet with me. 

"Brother, I know what it's like to be hurt, but we are worried you have been in this room for weeks not leaving."

I sigh looking at them throwing my glass in the fire as I scowl. Elijah sighed as he moved closer to me smiling softly and speaking to me as I rarely hear. 

"Klaus she is right you have been here for a while. I heard you turned Caroline because she picked Tyler. How about this spends a little bit of time out of the room if your still upset why don't you take a break from this town."

I looked down at the floor huffing a bit as I nod slightly knowing he was right I can't keep staying in this room. I'm fucking Klaus mikaelson the fucking hybrid, I shouldn't even be upset about that bitch. Sighing again, she wasn't my mate I shouldn't have messed with her knowing she wasn't my mate. Only my mate was worth my time and effort, I have had a few dreams of women. The stupid witch early with my brother Kol said she was my mate. However, I didn't know where to even start. I run my hand over my face as I soften my facial expressions smiling softly and speaking.

"I think I'll leave soon brother, sister, the dreams I have. I think it's a good idea for me to leave and at least find out about this woman. Get rid of all these stupid idiots around me." 

My brother chuckled as he smiles. along with my sister shaking their heads as my sister scowls seconds later speaking.

"Let's just hope she can tame that beast in you dear brother."

I chuckled nodding to my sister, I knew whoever my mate was she would be able to handle me. It is now just a matter of where she is. I looked down at it and showed a message from the Salvatore brat and .... Caroline, I scowl texting both of them to fuck off blocking both of their numbers. If I wanted to have my mate, I needed to cut those idiots out or they might ruin it for me. Bekah gets up moving out of the room heading for who I assume was Kol. He did something stupid. My brother smiled more as he leans back against the couch speaking.

"Where to first brother?"

I thought for a moment about that question. Where should I go first? Maybe Italy....England.... Colorado....Florida. I closed my eyes as I got an idea why not got back to the city that he built just to start and see it again. I smile yes that sounds like a perfect place to go I open my eyes smirking at my brother as I spoke. 

"New Orleans dear brother the one place I have a feeling of visiting."

My brother shakes his head chuckling I knew why he was he knew i wanted a little trouble on the way as we both stay silent my brother spoke.

"And about Mrs. Forbes?"

I scowled as smirked at my brother.

"What about that bitch I rather kill her off then try and be with her again, plus what fair would that be when I do find my mate."

He nods as he gets up looking at me one more time.

"Then I shall inform her to not talk to you anymore brother, I wish the best of luck for you brother."

I smiled back as I shake my head knowing each of my siblings wish the best for each of the others. No matter what they have done because family is everything and with our parents' events in the past, we only have each other... I smiled as I thought bekah has matt and there happy. Kol has his girls which makes him happy. Then Elijah found himself Hayley, even if she was to be married to another male the moments they have had and will have will be worth it to him. My other siblings are away with their other I wish Finn and Freya were still here, but they had to leave. Now it is my turn to be happy I smile getting up heading to my quarters. 

I pack my bags making sure to leave a few things here just in case I do come back sooner. I close my eyes smiling as I make my way downstairs making me chuckle as my thoughts about my family stop slowly as I get into my car and take off. To the one place I wanted to see again to see how it was doing and just hopefully I will find my beautiful mate. That one place I had some kind of comfort....
