Goodbye...For now

Klaus's Pov

This morning my mates water broke. We were all excited to meet our new member to our family. But we were also worried, my mate was in so much pain that made us flinch. I felt guilty but I was standing right next to her as the witch's helped her try and take her pain away as we waited for awhile. It has been six hours in and she was half way ready. I waited patiently rubbing her arm lovingly as she softly smiles at me. She was doing such a good job, I was proud of her. I kiss her forehead smiling.

"Your doing amazing baby just a little longer and we can get that little prince out, so we can welcome him into the world."

The last few weeks I was stress out with Marcel, Isabella asked me what was wrong one night. I caved and told her what he was planning it ended with her crying and not letting me go. She was the only one that knew because she knew just like I did that my family would get involved and would get hurt. Once I told my mate what he was planning she was relieved he was not going to kill me however she was worried about not having me or me seeing our son grow older.

I smiled at her comforting her that night telling her to be strong for us both. My family had been out of town when Isabella's water broke they told us they will be here tomorrow. Isabella promised to make sure the special moments were recorded for me to see when I came back to them. I agreed with her, if I was gone that long I needed to see our child grow somehow.

After a few more hours and a few pushes my love gave birth to a healthy baby boy. You could feel his power raiding from him. I smiled as I held him close kissing his head. He was so small.....We made this together. I smiled but then frowned as I see marcel nodding his head from outside. I see Isabella look over to him then me.

"It's time isn't it....." 

I nod softly as I kiss her head whispering to her.

"I love you my dear, I promise I will be back soon. Take care of our little one. Make sure to inform my siblings ok. They will keep you safe..."

She nods as I kill her, her tears falling faster. I kiss our baby boy...

"I will love you forever, keep your mother safe and grow happy my little wolf I will be back soon."

I hand her our baby boy as the witches nod to me in a comforting way. I walk out to Marcel letting my tears slip looking at him.

"I know you have to get revenge on me for what I did to you and this is the best way I understand."

Marcel looked at me surprised then a small look of grief at what he was about to do. No man no matter what he had going on did not wish to kill a man that just held his child once. He nods at me.

"I know this hard trust me for you and me, I need this and you didn't fight. I promise to return you soon enough. I couldn't keep you from them for to many years. My child would've hated if I was gone forever."

I see him walk closer as he lays a hand on my shoulder. I let a few more tears slip past my eyes as He daggers me. One thought was in my mind as I faded away. Please keep them safe when I can not my family.

No one's Pov

As Marcel leaves with Niklaus, Isabella was breaking down. The witches were trying to calm her down. She just lost the love of her life. And he accepted his punishment as a man, she knew it she just wished it didn't have to be like this. The next few days after she explained to the siblings what had happened. She wouldn't eat or drink anything until Bekah finally forced her to. The siblings broke at the sight of her. They praised there brother for being a man like this. But they to were worried and upset at how this ended. They had all read the note for all of them.

To my mate, my child and to my siblings.

                                 I know I can not be with you much longer and I only pray you guys will understand. I made many problems however the one I regretted was Marcel I had to grant him this one wish he so desired. I only hope you take care, and brothers sister make sure Isabella is ok, make sure you protect her through everything and assist her with everything she needs. Isabella I might not have had much time with you but in this small time you have made me a happy man standing by my side through it all as I keep doing the things I do. I can only imagine how much of a good mother you will be to our child. I know you will tell him all about me. And take pictures and videos of our handsome young boy you will raise to be a great man. To my little wolf, I know you do not understand much but I did not know how many years I would be absent for. I just wanted to let you know that I do love you and your mother with everything I am. I will be back one day and I will make up for the lost time that will happen. I promise when I am back to show you and your mother every part of the world. Your mother knows the small symbol, I have given her a few things to give to you at certain ages so you can control your powers you will have. I will see you all very soon in the meantime take care.
