Izuku wakes up on a Monday morning. While his is getting ready for school, he has a red flag going off in his head. He feels like something bad may happen today, but he pushes the feeling away, hoping he is wrong. After having breakfast with his squad, he walks with them to class. Ten minutes later, Shōta Aizawa; aka Eraserhead, walks in.

Aizawa (doing his scary look): Okay everyone, quiet down.

The class shuts up.

Aizawa (no longer scary): Okay, now that I have your attention. You all are to report to the auditorium in ten minutes, and before you ask Iida, no, I have no idea why.

Aizawa leaves without another word. Everyone starts talking, asking if anyone knows anything. No asks Izuku, which he is thankful for. Five minutes later, they see Class 1B going to the auditorium and then get going there themselves. When both classes arrive, they see the staff standing in front of the stage, except for Aizawa who is sleeping against the wall to the right of the stage. The classes ask each other question and then five minutes later, try to ask the staff. After another five minutes, they all hear small claps from the stage and see Nezu standing there.

Nezu: Thank you all for coming. I have decided to bring back an exam. The Hero VS Villain Exam. One student will be chosen as the Hero Commander and another will be chosen as Villain Leader. The rest of you are allowed to choose which side you wish to be on. The leaders will be chosen at random.

Izuku (thinking): Now I know the red flag I felt. And I know luck is not on my side. I just have to hope I'm not the leader for either. I don't want to be that.

Nezu: Now, it is time to see who will be the Hero's Commander.

Yamada (aka Present Mic): NOW!! LETS SEE WHO IT IS!!! AND WE HAVE...... KATSUKI BAKUGOU AS OUR HERO COMMANDER!!!!

Izuku (thinking): Well, even if I join his team, he will still be after me because he hates me.

Yamada: AND NOW IT IS TIME TO SEE WHO OUR VILLAIN LEADER IS!!!!! AND WE HAVE..... IZUKU MIDORYIA!

Izuku (thinking): What?! Did he say what I think he said.

Izuku looks around as his classmates back away from him.

Izuku (thinking): He did say what I thought he said.

Nezu: Well know that we have our leaders, will the rest of you please move to your left to join the heroes or your right to join the villains. When the students moved, everyone moved away from Izuku to the hero side.

Uraraka: That isn't fair! Izuku can't do this by himself!

Something in Izuku snapped when he heard Uraraka's words.

Nezu: That is true, I guess I'll need to change the teams....

Izuku interrupts Nezu: NO! Don't change anything. I don't want to force anyone to be on my team. It just means I'll need to work harder. Besides, heroes are usually outnumbered by villains, so this will be more realistic.

The staff and some of the class try to change his mind, but won't. Nezu notices a change in Izuku's eyes he had never seen before.

Nezu: Very well then Midoryia. The exam starts when the leader receives the rule books. Each leader will have a Q&A with me after we are done here, starting with Bakugou. Classes will be on hold until the exam which will start next Monday. That is all, you may return to your dorms or sign out a gym to use for training and such.

Nezu walks off the stage. Katsuki was handed the rule book and reads it thoroughly. He knows Izuku's true intelligence and doesn't want to be caught off guard. Izuku takes the rule book and goes straight to the roof of the school. No one is allowed up there, but he picked the lock and would sometimes go up there to not be bothered. He goes through every page, every rule, and finds every loophole placed in it by Nezu. Katsuki is called to Nezu's office. He asks some questions to verify what he read in the rules and then leaves. Nezu checks the cameras and sees Izuku on the rooftop still going through the rulebook. He waits another hour and sees Izuku has just finished with the rulebook and calls him to his office.

Izuku knocks on the door.

Nezu: Come in.

Izuku enters and bows: Good Morning Principal Nezu.

Nezu: Good morning Midoryia, please take a seat. And ask your questions.

Izuku starts off by asking about all the loopholes he found and if he may use them.

Nezu: Well, I knew you would find some loopholes I left, but I did expect you to find them all. Yes, you may use every loophole you found.

Izuku: Thank you Nezu. Now onto my other questions. May I request the help of support course student Mei Hatsume?

Nezu: I will inform her immediately.

Izuku: Okay. I would also like to request training in using C4 Explosives, grenades, and guns.

Nezu looks at Izuku inquisitively: Yes you can, I will inform Snipe of this. What else do you need?

Izuku: I would like to know the extent of how much I may hurt my classmates.

Nezu: As long as you don't permanently paralyze them or kill them, you can do whatever. Is there anything else you wish to ask?

Izuku: Yes, one more thing. You said that the exam started when we got the rulebooks. So if I decided to spy on my classmates, it would be within the exams rules, yes?

Nezu: Yes the exam started when I gave out the rulebooks, so yes you can do that. Is that all?

Izuku: Yes, for now. Thank you Principal Nezu, have a good day.

Nezu: You as well Midoryia.

Izuku bows to Nezu and leaves. He goes back to the rooftop to think.

Izuku (thinking): So, he didn't mention anything about psychological damage, so I will definitely be doing that. I will need to meet with Mei tomorrow to get started on making what I need for this. It needs to be perfect. I will show them what I can do.

Izuku pulls out a spare notebook and marks it War Exam Plans. He finds the cameras Nezu uses and finds a spot where none of the cameras can see his notebook so that Nezu would be able to figure out what he is planning. He creates his villain costume, weapons he needs, what his mask needs in it, and more. At the end of the day, he goes to his dorm just before the curfew hits and stays there continuing his plans in the notebook.
