Nezu is up for the next shift. This shift was Yamada's turn. He sees Hizashi watching a particular screen.
Nezu: Hello Yamada. What are you looking at?
Yamada: Oh, morning Nezu. I was just looking at the Green Bean. He just woke up, but I think he is enjoying the cuddle, so he is waiting for Shota to way up.
Nezu: Hmm. It appears he will naturally wake up at 6am when he doesn't set an alarm. Interesting, he keeps himself on such a schedule.
Yamada: I wish he wasn't so self-reliant. He deserves to be a kid, he is so smart, kind, and a blessing to everyone that meets him. He should have never had to experience all that he has.
Nezu: Don't worry Yamada, I will get him out of that life, you have my word.
Yamada: Thank you Nezu.
Nezu: Of course.
About 10 minutes after they finish talking, they see Aizawa wake up and pull Izuku out of the trance he was in. They wake up the other teachers before Izuku could tell Aizawa what he was thinking about.
With all the teachers awake, they are now listening to Izuku and Aizawa's conversation. When Aizawa agrees to capturing Shinso, most of them are flabbergasted.
Kayama: Why would he agree to capture his own son?
Inui: I'm not sure, but it must be related to gaining his trust.
Nezu: It is about getting his trust. He wants Aizawa to prove to him that he is worth trusting. I am willing to bet that Izuku knows Shinso is Aizawa and Yamada's adopted son.
Yamada: I understand that. I am trusting Izuku that he won't hurt Shinso too much if not at all.
Chiyo: I hope you two are right about this.
Nezu: We will soon see.
They watch Aizawa go after Shinso and Izuku go up to a rooftop with very little cameras on it. They then have the camera feed die. A bit later, they see the camera feeds around the community center die. After another bit of time, the system dies and Nezu sends out the teachers to fix it. About 10 minutes before it is fixed, Izuku walks in with Mr. Compress and hands Nezu a drone, then leaves.
When the system comes back on, they see Izuku entering the villain base.
Yamada: He is really fast. I wonder if he is even using his quirk to get here and then there before the power returns.
Nezu: I don't believe he is using his quirk. I believe it is his pure, natural speed. I think the only time he used his quirk was when he got up here the first time and "kidnapped" Kayama.
Kayama: I don't think so actually.
Nezu: Please explain.
Kayama: Well, when he uses his quirk, he has excess power that flows around him like lightning. That makes a sound.
Nezu: You are right. That does make a sound, I think you're right. He hasn't actually used his quirk during this exam.
Yamada: So you're telling me, he is in the level of a pro hero without a quirk and we probably would have missed him all because he was quirkless.
The room goes quiet at Yamada's sentence. No one or thing breaks the silence until they hear Izuku's gun go off.
When they look at the cameras, they see Aizawa on one knee with a blood bullet hole in his pant leg. They also see Izuku's back to the room and muttering, but they can't hear what he is saying. They look back at Aizawa who then gets a look of realization and tells Shinso to join them. When they hear Shinso say yes, Izuku gives him a mission. After Izuku splits up from Aizawa and Shinso, the teachers turn to each other.
