Izuku runs across rooftops to find the people he is looking for. He goes to the East to find Class 1B's Group 3 & 4 working together. He sees Komori, Kuroiro, Awase, and Kamakiri working on calming down the civilian bots while Kendo, Tsunotori, Shoda, Fukidashi, and Yanagi work on putting the fire out and save bots still trapped inside the building. He sees Kendo closes to the entrance of the building and decides she will be his bait. He sneaks past everyone and then grabs Kendo around the neck with one arm.
Usagi: Oh you who! Heroes! If you want to save your little friend, come get her.
He runs inside the building. When he reaches the third floor, he slits her throat and carries her to the roof. The line on her throat indicates that he provides enough pressure for her to be dead. A bracelet on her wrist activates and that is why she went limp. When the bracelet activated, it released a knock out serum into her. Similar to paralysis, but she is still conscious. This will happen to everyone that goes out.
Kan: Battle Fist is out!
He then jumps across, lays her down on the neighboring building's roof, and then goes back across and hides on the fourth floor. Kaibara and Tsunotori have entered the building and are on the third floor. As they made their way into the main room of the fourth floor, Izuku; who was hiding behind the door; grad Kaibara with his hand over his mouth and slit his throat.
Kan: Spiral is out!
Izuku sticks to the shadows until Tsunotori has her back to him, almost touching him. He easily covers her mouth and slits her throat too.
Kan: Tsunotori is out!
Izuku picks up the two fallen heroes and brings them to the same roof as Kendo. After putting down Kaibara, Izuku takes Tsunotori over to the edge of the burning roof.
Usagi: Oh Heroes! If you want to save for little comrades, you will send up Vantablack and Jack Mantis!
Izuku moves away from the ledge and put Tsunotori down with the other dead heroes. He then goes to the third floor and waits for Kuroiro and Kamakiri. About ten minutes later, he hears them coming up the stairs. He hides inside an office cubical and waits for them to enter. When they do, the two split up. Kuroiro goes away from Izuku while Kamakiri is getting closer. He waits for him to pass the cubical he is in, then sneaks up behind him and covers his mouth while slicing his throat.
Kan: Jack Mantis is out!
Kuroiro is on at the other corner of the room. He has no easy access to the shadows, so Izuku sneaks up to him and grabs one of his arms. He then flips Kuroiro over him and slams him down on the floor, knocking the wind out of him. He then comes over Kuroiro, looks him in the eyes, and stabs him in the heart.
Kan: Vantablack is out!
Izuku picks up the two heroes and brings them to the same roof as the others. He then goes down to the street, sneaking in the shadows of the other buildings. He sees Yanagi and Komori closes to him. I sneaked up behind Komori and slit her throat.
Kan: Shemage is out!
He then quickly runs up behind Yanagi before she can turn around and slits her throat too. Before the others could turn around, he disappears back into the shadows.
Kan: Emily is out!
The only ones left in this area are Awase, Shoda, and Fukidashi. He sees them try to tend to the two fallen heroes. Izuku sneaks around to where a civilian child bot was standing and grabs it by the wrist. He pulls it to the center of the street and puts his knife underneath her chin.
Usagi: Oh heroes! Look what I have.
The heroes turn to Izuku and get into a fighting stance, but don't move.
Usagi throws them three quirk suppression cuffs: If you want them to live, you all will cuff yourselves and kneel on the ground.
The heroes hesitate for a minute before picking up the cuffs and putting them on.
Shoda: Now let her go!
Usagi: Oh, I would do that, but I'm not a man of my word.
Izuku slices the child's throat and drops her in front of them. While they are in shock, Izuku walks up to them and stabs all of them in the heart. He then leaves the scene.
Kan: Mines, Comicman, and Welder are out!
Izuku runs over to the North bomb site. He is on the rooftops. When he gets to the site, he sees Groups 1 & 2 calming the civilians and putting out the fire. He decides to use a couple of grenades.
Usagi: You Who! Heroes! Catch!
Izuku throws three blood grenades to the three groups of civilians. Tsuburara, Kodai, and Bondo are the closest heroes to the civilian groups. They catch the grenades and when they fall to the ground, the grenades explode. The three heroes die from it.
Kan: Tsuburara, Rule, and Plamo are out!
Izuku runs away from the edge and sneaks into an alley close to Shishida. He slowly sneaks up on him, covers his mouth, and slices his throat.
Kan: Gevaudan is out!
Izuku then leaves the scene, satisfied with what he has done so far. He goes back to his villain base and gets his two handguns. One with blood bullets, and the other with paralysis bullets. He heads to a rooftop in front of the hero headquarters. It is tall enough that no one can see him from the ground floor. It has been an hour since the bombs went off, and the heroes have just returned to their headquarters.
