Kristan just finished making dinner and Wilbur walked in and sat down at the table
"Oh your just in time Will I just finished making dinner.",Kristan said with delight
"Ok mum, what else have you been up to since I left?", Wilbur asked
"Well I went to the store and got some groceries since I already had to do that then I just came home then started dinner.",Kristan said while bringing over their plates and setting them down
"Okay mom well I need to get up early for school tomorrow since I have to work on a project with one of my classmates.",Wilbur said while moving the plate towards him
"Who are you working on the project with, Will?",Kristan asked while picking up some food
"Oh I'm working on it with Schlatt.",Wilbur said as he finished chewing
"Well maybe if his parents will let me I can just pick him up from his house and drop you and him off at the cafe close to your school." Kristan said with a smile on her face
"Yea that would work. Plus Schlatt already wakes up early in the mornings anyways.",Wilbur answered forgetting that there was food in his mouth
"Will, chew your food before answering I know your excited, but calm down a little.",Kristan answered her son
"Oh sorry mum",Wilbur apologized,"I forgot there was food in my mouth."
"Apologies accepted, and I'll ask his parents now to see if that's ok",Kristan said grabbing her phone and started to text them
The message Kristan sent went like this,'Hey I was wondering since your son and my son are working on a project for school together can I pick your son up and drop him and Wilbur off at the cafe close to their school?'
Schlatts mom answered,'Oh hey Kristan I'm fine with that I'll tell Schlatt the plan and he'll be up for you to pick him up. What time where you planning on picking him up at?'
Kristan replied,'I was thinking around 6:00 if that's a good time.'
Schlatts mom answered,'Alright I'll tell him to be up and ready before then, have a good rest of your night Kristan.'
Kristan replied,'You have a good night to.'
Kristan then looked up at Wilbur
Kristan said,"We'll pick him up around 6:00, ok?"
"Alright mum!",Wilbur said while getting up and putting his plate in the sink,"Is it fine if I go ahead and take a shower",asked Wilbur
"That's perfectly fine dear." Kristan said the got up to grab her plate and put it in the sink
