Reunions

So I've been  a multiversal hero for about 8 months now.  I got a dope new suit, captured a couple anomalies and got Miguel to trust me more. He now lets me go to universes where the spiderman is a part of this whole multiverse strikeforce. Apart from my own universe, I often go to Hobie's, Metro's and Peter's. I made a song with Metro which went platinum in his universe, pretty impressive I know. Peter's been treating me like a babysitter for Mayday when he goes on dates with MJ, not that I'm complaining, Mayday is adorable. I've also been training a bunch and my reputation in the multiverse strikeforce skyrocketed. I'm basically famous now. Miguel dropped his workout routine so I've also gotten bigger, I'm not as big as him yet but my back looks amazing. I also mastered my flow state thing. At the start I had to really focus to use it, meaning I couldn't make fun of villains while fighting them. But now I can do that with no problem, that is like one of the most important traits of spiderman. In my own universe I sometimes skip lessons when duty calls, which has gotten me in some trouble with the school. But Aunt May and my good grades have kept me from being expelled. Being affiliated with the relative of a hero does have its perks. Aunt May's in on the whole Multiverse superhero thing. Miles thankfully hasn't questioned me much more about the whole Multiverse,  couple questions here and there but we're still just as tight, I haven't seen his family in a while though, I miss their food. I also debuted my new suit in my universe, must be pretty weird seeing a bunch of random spiderman appearing from nowhere. I wonder if there are any conspiracies out there that all of the new spidermans are actually the same on with a new suit. Why don't I just use my old suits in this universe you may ask. Well obviously because Spiderman must have immaculate drip. That's pretty much it, but sadly no anomalies have appeared in Gwen's dimension.

Until today that is.

"Come on Miguel let me tag along." I said walking with him

"No." Miguel said

"Why not." I asked

"Your not going to be focused. This vulture is very dangerous" Miguel said

"I will. I know how to separate personal feelings from work." I said

"The answer's no." Miguel said

"Come on the kids been doing good work lately." Jess said coming to my aid

"What she said." I said

"No." Miguel said still being stubborn

"Come on." I said

"No." 

"Please." 

"No."

"Pretty Please." 

"Uhhh fine. If I need back-up you can come with Jess." He said

"Yesss! Finally get to see her." I said pumping my fist

"I mean finally get to capture another anomaly." I said 

"This is not a good idea. Something's going to go wrong." Miguel said with his face in his palm

"Lay off the kid. Its normal to be in love at his age. I remember when I met my husband, his smouldering-"

"Okay enough. You two can come if I need backup." He said

"Great. I'll be rooting for you." I said with a chuckle

"Let's go Lyla." Miguel said with a sigh

Gwen Pov( Couple hours before)

Life right now definitely could be better. My dad is on the hunt for spiderwoman because the whole world thinks she killed peter parker. He comes everyday and talks about it to me, but little does he know what he's saying really hurts me. I made one friend and one potentially more than friend, but I'll probably never see them again. Before this I had Peter, but he didn't really know me and I didn't really know him, until it was too late. So I'm all alone in all this. Why don't you make some new friends and talk to them about your problems you may ask, well because they would never get what I'm going through. The only people who get what spiderman go through are other spiderman, sadly I'm the only one here.
