...Naaah. I honestly never got the appeal. I understand most FNaF ships are surface level, but at least you get personality afterwards. It's bland. I'll tell you. I see a lot of people ship it for the "Predator and Prey" aspect, but again... That's really, really surface level. And it's not even actually in there, if you're gonna make a predator and prey ship, do it right and actually have there be a struggle between the predator not to eat the prey or something like that, I want to see the prey animal stay by the predator's side no matter what, even though they know they have the chance to kill them at any moment, but they trust them, and the predator trusts them as well, and they both know they could never hurt the other, give me a spice, man. For Foxy X Chica, they're animatronic robots, or anthropomorphic animals depending on your AU. Unless you're gonna pull a Beastars, I don't see it really being a "Predator and Prey" ship.
Headcanon:
You could do something with the Mermaid Chica stuff that seems to be everywhere in modern FNaF (...why? I mean, it's neat, but... Why?), but other than that I don't see Foxy with anyone, at least in FNaF 1. He's a lone pirate, the captain of his own ship, y'now? Actually, going with the thing I said previously in the Bonnie X Chica chapter, it could be kind of cute. A country chicken and a pirate fox, a landlubber and a captain. Maybe she makes stuff in the kitchen of the pizzeria for him, but I see her doing that for anyone you pair her with.
