9. Hanging with Eden

(Suzie's POV)

"Hey!", I woke up to Eden yelling, "You wanna do something today?" she asked
"Sure? What?" I responded she shrugged her shoulders.
"We could go to town? Or that mall?", she prompted.
"Actually I think there's a carnival in town.", I said getting out of bed and walking over to get ready for the day.
"Oh ya I heard about that."
"Alright sounds like a plan." I confirmed.

(Later that night still Suzie POV)

I gasped looking at a tall drop tower type ride.
"We should do that one!" Eden exclaimed. She loved tall rides, while I however was not a fan and would rather go on the carousel. But,  I agreed against my better judgment. We loaded on I awaited anxiously while Eden was bursting with joy and excitement. I hadn't seen her this happy in what felt like forever. And to be frank, it made me feel less nervous. The ride brought us up and up. Untill finally, after what felt like ages, it dropped and so did my stomach. I was screaming the whole way down. I felt like I was gunna throw up it was terrifying. I immediately sat down on a nearby bench while Eden went to get a treat. She returned with two cotton candy sticks. We sat and ate while I talked her into going on something more calm like the carousel or a ferris wheel even. She reluctantly agreed to go on the ferris wheel with me. We got in line and after a couple minutes we were in a capsule slowly making out way to the top. As soon as we got there the ride stopped and we got to see a wonderful view of the forrest. I stared enchanted by the beauty of the sunset above the dark forrest line. The ride soon started up again and we went back down to the bottom to get off. We decided to leave since it was getting late and the carnival was about to close. Once we got back to the hotel I hugged Eden tightly thanking her for everything. She hugged back resting her head on mine. We stayed like that for a moment before going to bed. I didn't realise how much I missed hanging out with my sister until that moment.
