At the Senju Party, the village was now about 6 weeks old, a month and half a month old, to be exact. Izuna and Tobirama were invited in a drinking competition this time.. it doesn't seem it'd end good. Not that they're even bitter rivals nowadays, just taking things slow.

About the village's condition as of the moment; it was starting to look like a small city now, with all the clans, civilians and all others joining up with Konoha and living there in peace.

The Aburame clan also joined right after the Uzumaki's. It was great; everyone's getting along and having fun, especially this night.

And guess what? One of the best parts is that they even had an introvert section there, for introverts /j (the introverts are minding their own business, some either stay at home and some just outside chilling 🙀)

Ever thought of these two, Tobirama and Izuna, getting invited to a drinking contest and one of em losing? Well here you go, something that no one asked for..

Now,

A drinking competition between the two men was definitely going to cause a few problems. If Izuna was already a heavy drinker, and Tobirama was also going to compete, this could definitely get dangerous. But they would have to try their best to be careful and not overdo it, and that was all there was to it.

Izuna could only hope that he himself wouldn't get drunken out or anything, that would make matters even worse, who knew what'd happen if he were to get drunk? There's only one of two possibilities; one, he gets motion sickness and his vision gets blurry, two, he passes out collapsed on the table or floor. Either way, no one wanted that, no?

Yet again it's surprising to hear that even Tobirama, a stern and strict man would even dare to put up to a drinking competition. Unbelievable, isn't it? I think so too.

"Worst decision I've ever made," was the first thing Izuna thought as the people were betting on who of the two of them would win. Boy, he knew he wasn't going to lose anytime soon so easily, as you know that Uchiha's are pretty competitive and confident. None of them would dare to lose their pride, especially to a Senju.

"Great." Tobirama, however, had no objections in this, it wouldn't be so bad to have a drinking competition with a former rival, unless if things were to get ugly in any sort of way.

There were bottles of sakes in front of them, as well as two bottles of water incase either gets too tipsy.

The people were already cheering for them, as they drank two bottles without any trouble, surprising, isn't it? They were both big, and quite fit. Izuna's posture and physiques changed throughout those weeks, wouldn't want to nearly get killed by a worthy opponent such as Tobirama, again. The commotion wasn't that loud as in that'd make you dizzy hearing all kinds of noises, they were even betting on who wins and outdrinks the other. Izuna wasn't here for fun, he was there for his own clans' sakes. The Senju and Uchiha oughta have their youngers, or their second heirs to prove something like this one day, wouldn't they? Well, this certainly isn't a surprise if you already saw this coming.

The two were luckily sitting on chairs, that'd help ease the mind. Neither of them looked so well.. Izuna was close to drinking three bottles of sake, taking a sip from the bottle. The alcohol was slowly having effect as the bitter taste were left in his mouth and throat, and especially, his stomach felt like they were full of them. As was Tobirama, his vision starting to get blurry from all the commotion, his eyes half-open. He wasn't going to lose anytime soon, so he took another sip from the third bottle he's had, almost drinking all of it. They were speaking silent words towards each other, neither talking nor even making the faintest effort to interact. That's just how things are, they won't change unless one big thing changes, in how they see each other. This was all ludicrous to both men, how could they get themselves in such a situation? Fools.

Most bet that it was going to be a draw, some even saying it was going to be Tobirama outdrinking Izuna, yet both had a 50/50 chance of being probable. Neither looked unwell, Izuna was looking pretty fine whilst with Tobirama he had the usual stern look he had with that sharp gaze of his. Doesn't look like this would end well... Their brothers even came by their sides to see what all the commotion were about, and oh, they couldn't be even more concerned than they already are. Madara rose an eyebrow at Izuna, a small drop of sweat forming on his forehead, he never knew Izuna even drank, much less get in a competition. Hashirama didn't even dare to pronounce a word, looking at his little brother.

It was only a matter of time before either of them passes out drunk on their chairs, and they did JUST that. Before even getting close to the fourth bottle after the third bottle both men drank. Ahh, they won't feel well after they wake up soon. Everybody cheered once the two passed out on a very precise time at that, looks like it was a draw, after all. The youngers of their clan sure were heavy drinkers, now that it was known and shown to people.

Hashirama took Tobirama after that, Madara with Izuna. Izuna was a lightweight for Madara, whilst Tobirama the exact opposite, oh, what a trouble... Madara easily tucked Izuna in in his bed, sleeping soundly. And just right after taking care of Izuna he helped his other carry Tobirama all the way to his room, the man was heavy like a boulder, but soon enough Tobirama was tucked in, too. What a day, Madara thought. Both made sure their little brothers were really asleep, so it'd be peaceful for the two. For tonight, at least.

Everybody had a great night that night.
