Her Sister

After knowing the truth about VJ, her eldest brother, Celine was distraught. She was having difficulty sleeping. So, while laying down on her bed, she thought about how and why would VJ do all those immoral works. Their father never taught them about harming innocent people. 

Then she remembered how VJ was always avoiding to talk about his missions which required him to go out for days, how he was never home or how he pointed out faults in Kittisak's policies when their dad wasn't around. 

"I need to do something about this. He is my brother, I need to stop all this.... but how??... maybe I should keep an eye on him for some days. All others are also trying to gather information in their ways... I will also do it my way!"

The next day she tails VJ in the house and eavesdrops his conversations. He tells someone that today they will confirm the deal of smuggled weapons. After hearing that wherever he goes, she follows in her car with binoculars and a camera. He visits a shady looking house which is located at the outskirts of Phuket. 

There are not many people present but they are all equipped with weapons. She parks her car at a safe distance and finds a place to hide herself in nearby bushes. A tall guy with a strong muscular body wearing a white suit emerges from inside. They shake hands and greet each other. Celine isn't that close to hear what they are saying but she takes their photos. After taking one or two photos, somebody hit Celine on her head from behind making her unconscious.

"Argh- what the hell-" Celine is laying on the ground of a room but she is not tied.

"Shhhh keep it down, kid" an unknown voice says. She sits up and sees two other women with her in a small room. The lady holding on a headset connected to a parabolic microphone and trying to listen tells her to be quiet. The other one is looking through the window with the help of binoculars so she isn't able to see her face.

"Where am I? Who are you guys?"

"Damn so much just to be able to listen to this! Dude please explain to her" the same lady says again and gets up of her chair and moves to take on the binocular. While the person who was with the binoculars turns around to face Celine. She gives her a big smile.

"Nice to meet you again ma'am" She says, Celine has seen her somewhere but she isn't able to recognize her.

"Umm... nice to meet you too.."

"Haha looks like you didn't recognize me, well we didn't have any official introduction so i guess it's ok" she extended her hand for a fist bump, "I'm Praifah Suwan, a captain. You know Praya right? I am her sister "

"Oh yeah! I saw you at the award function... Sorry I forgot..." Celine smiled embarrassingly 

"It's fine, you were so busy with my sis" Praifah was teasing Celine just like Sam would and she was unable to reply anything so she just smiled awkwardly. "So, ma'am why exactly are you here? Did you come here with P'VJ?"

"Umm.. er.. no and please don't call me ma'am, you can call me Celine" Celine didn't know what to answer because she couldn't tell her the real reason.

"Ok...so were you spying on your own brother?"

"... uhm y--es"

"Why??" 

"Be-because .. he -um- he ... never pays attention to me and is always roaming outside... so I wanted to see... where he goes.." Celine was hoping that Praifah would consider this as the truth and not ask her anymore questions.

"Wow... ok, I didn't know girl's your age were... like this. Better keep my eyes open for Praya now" To her the reason was soo childish that she didn't even consider that it might be wrong.

"If I may ask... why are YOU here? Tailing my brother too?"

"Yes... But don't get us wrong, we are here with him as backup. This person he is meeting could be potential threat... so we are here to protect him and now we protect you too." 

 Hearing this Celine got shocked. She never expected Praya's sister to be helping VJ with his disgusting works. She needed to inform this to Praya asap. So, she took out her phone to text Praya but there was no signal available in that place.

"This girl really thinks there would be any use of phone here! AMAZING!" The other girl said.

"Don't mind her, she doesn't like visitors during missions... otherwise she is very friendly!" 

"Yeah sure. Do you guys mind if I help you?" Celine thought that this way she could possibly get more information.

"Sit back and relax princess. You shouldn't involve yourself in the dangers of our world." The other girl was getting on Celine's nerves.

"I am more than capable of handling the so called DANGERS! I wouldn't come here in the first place if I wasn't brave enough! I came here by my own and can protect myself just fine!! " This time Celine couldn't stop herself but her outburst angered the other one.

"DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHAT WE ARE DOING HERE? AND STOP SHOUTING, IF YOUR BRO GETS EVEN 1% DOUBT THAT WE ARE HERE. HE WILL KILL US ALL"

"Stop fighting both of you!" Praifah scolded them both.

"Huh? But aren't you here for his backup? Why will he kill you?"

Praifah hit that girl with full force on her arm. That girl just stood there regretting being a loud mouth.

"See, Celine your brother... he is indulged in... well bad work? So the Boss has told us to keep an eye on him. I lied before because I didn't want you to be worried about him" Prafaih explained but Celine acted like she was unaware of the situation.

"OH NOO! I must help you then. He is my brother after all"

After clearing out things out, Celine started to trust them. Even if the other girl was getting on her nerves, they were working like a team. 

Praifah was sweet and kind to her and also explained how Celine could have gotten in big trouble if she got caught during her solo spying because she was pretty visible from most angles. Celine learned about the various instruments that were used and different techniques of staying hidden. Overall she had a good experience working with Praya's sister.

By listening to VJ and the dealer's conversation, they got to know that a huge cargo of weapons would be coming to Thailand to be transported to terrorist groups in Arabic countries. The tall guy gave him bundles of baht as advance. He also gave VJ a paper with something written on it and after that VJ left that house. The girls followed VJ again but this time he went to the villa. 

They decided to stop their spying for today and go to their homes too.

"Thank you for letting me help today..."

"Welcome...umm..do you want to come to my house for sometime?"

"... I don't know... I mean I do want to but this isn't the best time? I mean it's gotten late and I would disturb you guys..."

"Well this IS the best time.. I have to tell Praya about all this anyway, so it would be better if you come with us too. Come on! or you want your lover's invitation huh?" She smirked

"Lo-lover... what? We aren't like that.... did she say this to you??"

"No, Praya is not the type to talk about her feelings.. but her actions tell everything. I could tell that you like each other at the award function night by the way how you were engrossed in one another..."

"Yes, I do like her... but please don't tell her, I don't want to distract her especially right now... and I certainly don't want it to be awkward between us..." Celine looked down and pondered on the possibility of them being together in this weird situation.
