The Beginning of The End

(Thursday - Day 1)

Praifah, Heidi, Maria and Kay were inside the room in the basement of the villa which was once dim light and had only a single chair for interrogation. They had officially converted it into their main base for this mission. There were two table of which on one of them laptops were setup and on the other one high tech equipment was being tested. Every single thing was essential to pull off the mission as planned. 

"P'VJ- He is heading here. He'll be here in max 10 mins" Celine came running inside the room, breathless.

"Oh uhm ok. Celine calm down first of all, take deep breaths. My team isn't here so that's a good thing. Everyone let the equipment be as it is but laptops and anything that might fail our plan, put them away. Heidi sit on the chair with your arms back, Celine help me with tying her hands and Kay stand at the door. Do not let him enter with any weapons-" P'Prai took charge of the situation like a leader. 

"What weapons ey?" VJ had just arrived. Although he just came in for a routine inspection, this made things look suspicious.

"P'VJ! How are you doing these days bro?" Heidi said to lighten the environment.

"I'm not your bro..." He said in a deep voice to scare her which didn't have any effect. 

"P'VJ, it's great that you are here but you need to step outside for awhile so that nong Kay can check if you have any harmful objects" Praya firmly requested him.

"Oh yeah sure!" He put on a fake smile "Why would I need to carry that stuff inside my own home. But I can see that you already have some pretty harmful 'objects' there at the back" Kay checked him, he had nothing with him except his phone.

"Uhm yes sir, it is for -umm- the...investigation of this traitor- uhh- we are-umm-" Maria tried to answer him.

"Ok stop, I understand" He had no time to listen to her blabbering and fumbling. "One thing for sure Praifah, you have completely transformed this dungeon, I remember beating people up here for interrogation" His fake smile had converted into a very creepy laugh. This made Praifah remind of the time when they were forcefully brought here and beaten on the day her papa died.

"Yes sir" She was gritting her teeth. "This room definitely required a little refreshment"

"Sure... but weren't you supposed be resting and your sister supposed to be interrogating her. Why the hell do I even pay her for eh? Resting?" His moods were escalating quickly.

"P'VJ, I was here the whole time, just got outside to receive this" Praya returned with Sun and showed him packages of food. "You want to have some?" 

"NO! ...Focus on your work Praya and you could've just asked villa's chef to make something for everyone Celine!" 

Fortunately Praya had brought something that VJ hated the smell of, so he covered his nose, frowned and left the place. Praya was once again impressed that food genuinely helped in removal of problems.

"What a brat!" Sun said while handing Celine the packets. He thought that she would be mad at him for saying this but in reality she had lost all love and respect for VJ when she got to know about his deeds.

"We really need to be careful from now on or..." Maria said when they were eating.

"It's ok don't be afraid. If everyone does their best, nobody can stop us" Praya reassured her "And we have the brains of Heidi and execution of P'Prai nothing will go wrong"

"I understand why Heidi is against P'VJ but P'Prai how did you figure out that he was bad?" Tina asked her.

"It's not that interesting story. I was suddenly sent to an assassination mission. I had to kill a government official. So I did, went to his home and shot him dead but before I could run away, a little boy of 5 or 6 came in that room and started crying over his dad's dead body. I had obviously hidden myself for that time. But that boy's cries shook me from inside. I went to Boss to ask for the reason for his killing. Boss had no idea what I was saying... So I researched a bit myself and got to know that it was P'VJ's order. That guy was not signing something that was being an obstacle in his deeds so he murdered him. How can anyone stay silent after this? That's why I have been working against him."

Everyone was stunned from her story. Celine wondered how had her brother become such a demon. By this time Praifah's team had also arrived.

"Ok everyone now is the time to devise a flawless plan. My teammates were gone to collect all the necessary info about the port of Phuket. I am sure you guys got some interesting stuff?"

"Yes ma'am. We checked the port for all locations to hide and spy. Some locations have more crowd than the other which will be an advantage to us. There are some places at height which is also great for us. Everything is marked on this map of the port." 

Praifah's team had Ice, Kiet, Song, Lalita. Every single one was handpicked by Praifah herself. She couldn't handle anybody who fell behind, all of the people in her team could be qualified as captains themselves but they all wanted to work under her leadership. 

Celine recognized Song in a single glance. She was the one who was giving her a hard time when she helped Praifah spying on her brother. Celine didn't like her at all.

"Thank you Kiet. Introductions can happen whenever but for now, Ice explain all the equipment we will be using"

Ice, who is an expert on the various gadgets used by the gang, explains everything in detail. He also helps in designing new gadgets. 

After that everybody takes a small break. Celine quickly goes to Praya and sits next to her. Praya pulls her chair closer making Celine blush but she also tries to hide her smile. All the people in the room notice them being lovey-dovey but they don't care. They are lost in their own world, giggling and blushing.

All this sweetness that too from Praya was making Maria and Kay flustered. They had never seen their captain like this. 

"Uhm- Heidi! are you not gonna tell us who all are helping from your side?" Maria asked just to distract herself but it was loud enough to make the room quiet except the lovebirds who weren't paying attention to anybody. Heidi was talking with Tina so when the question was asked Tina pouted and gave looks to Maria.

"There are many, most of them will work behind the scenes to provide us with latest info and only some have acknowledged to come in the front. They are skeptical about trusting everyone so I respect their decision. So, the people who will be in touch with us are Shane, Urmila and Dian."

"Shane?!! He is with us??" Celine suddenly became serious in between her giggles.

"Who is he nuu?"

"Shane is VJ's personal bodyguard. He was with us during the award function night too" Praifah replied.

"Yes and Urmila and Dian are just two out of the many people brought from a similar ship years ago" Heidi continued "There are many people out there who have faced VJ. I am trying my best to help them but you need to help the ones coming in four days"
