"Attention please. All GEN6 students, please report to Home School's meeting room."

"All GEN6 students, please report to Home School's meeting room."

The announcement kept going on until all fifteen of them were in the meeting room.

They sat down in their respective seats, well, now it had gotten changed. Rain was now in between White and Maki, facing Tibet, instead of her brother. She hated sitting in the corner seats which was the closest to the teachers, she feared she would be the first one to be approached. So now the seating arrangement had changed.

"I know that you have been through hard times in the past few days adjusting to life at Home School. Many of you are miss--" Master Amin's words were cut off my Sky who had yawned rather loudly.

Sky looked around sheepishly in embarrassment, "Sorry, continue, please."

Rain and White looked away from each other, knowing they would easily laugh if they faced each other. "As I was saying, many of you are missing home. Many of you are missing your families. It makes me realise that I shouldn't make you miserable."

"Mind freaking blown." Rain muttered in english.

"So I want to give you a special opportunity to go home this weekend." He completed.

Everyone looked at each other in shocked. Some seemed happy, others seemed nonchalant. Like Maki, and maybe Rain.

"But--" Master Amin stopped their happiness.

"There it is." Sky muttered. "Only one of you will get to go home." Amin completed.

Sky sat back in disappointment. "Who will be allowed to go home?" Fuji asked.

"It depends on everyone's decision." Amin told them. "Your votes will determine the result. The student who gets the most votes, will go home and relax this weekend."

"All GEN6 students, today Home School asks you to write a letter home. The school will deliver it to your family tomorrow. But if any of you doesn't want to contact your family, you're not required to write a letter." Master Praeporn told them.

"Really, Master? In this day and age, why are you still making us write letters?" Mek asked.

Jean chuckled. "Why don't you use owls to deliver them?" he asked.

Master Praeporn just gave them a smile. "Why don't we call, chat, email, or send a direct message?" Jingjai asked.

Which also gave White the perfect opportunity to mock her. "You were born in an era where communication is so easy that you sometimes may take it for granted. Writing a letter will make you appreciate the characters and focus on communicating your feelings to the people you miss. It will also help you realise the importance of waiting."

Some of them began writing the letters, and those who didn't wish to talk to their families started playing around.

Hugo sent an airplane to White. Nai crushed his paper and threw it at Hugo. Rain started playing tic tac toe with Sky, who knew all the tricks to beat Rain, which made her groan in annoyance and grab Sky's empty paper to play with Nai or White.
