Sharanya gently nudged Sarah awake reminding her of the important day ahead.
"Come on Sarah, it's a big day today. Mumma can't be late. Wake up sweetheart. We need to get ready early."
Sarah stretched and yawned feeling a bit sleepy. "Mum why are you always so serious? I just want to sleep more "Come on Sarah wake-up babyy" As Sharanya moved to pick out her outfit for the day, she noticed Sarah stirring awake. Turning around, she saw her jumping on the bed .
"Sarah, sweetheart, come on now. Let's get ready," Sharanya called out, a fond smile tugging at her lips.
Mum why are you always so serious? I just want to have more fun " Sharanya smiled warmly. "Sweetheart, I know you do, but remember what the doctor said. We have to take it easy for now. After your treatment you can jump and play as much as you want."Sarah looked at her mom with hopeful eyes. "You promise Mumma?"
"I promise darling," Sharanya reassured her. After their tender exchange, Sharanya gently tousled Sarah's hair her eyes reflecting both love and concern.
"Let's make a deal Sarah. If we get through today smoothly I promise we'll have a special treat together. Maybe we can bake your favorite cookies tonight?"
Sarah's eyes lit up with excitement. "Really Mom? With extra chocolate chips?"
"Of course sweetheart," Sharanya replied, her smile widening. "But first we need to get going. I have a busy day ahead. "With renewed energy Sarah quickly hopped out of bed eager to start the day. As they headed to the kitchen for breakfast Sharanya couldn't help but feel grateful for these precious moments with her Sarah. After breakfast Sharanya kissed Sarah on the forehead and hurriedly got ready for work. She chose her favorite pink blazer and pants, pairing them with a sleek black shirt and the earrings she had designed herself.
As she rushed out the door Sarah called after her, "Good luck Mom! Don't forget our cookie promise!"
"I won't sweetheart!" Sharanya called back flashing a quick smile before disappearing down the hallway.
Arriving at the office Sharanya felt a mix of nervousness and excitement for her meeting with the CEO. Taking a deep breath she entered the conference room where her colleagues were already gathered.
"Hello everyone I'm Sharanya Thakur" she greeted them warmly. "For me, designing jewelry is not just a job it's an emotion. When someone wears my jewelry and feels beautiful it fills my heart with joy. Let me share a story with you."
As she spoke passionately about her work Sharanya noticed Mr. Singhania the CEO nodding along attentively.
Despite her initial nerves she felt confused but a sense of pride in sharing her story with her colleagues. After the meeting Mr. Singhania approached Sharanya with a smile. "You have a unique perspective Sharanya. Your passion shines through your work."
Sharanya couldn't help but feel a sense of accomplishment as she thanked him for his kind words. As she headed back to her desk she couldn't wait to share the good news with Sarah and celebrate their success together.
