Sharanya took the medicine and lay back down, feeling a sense of calm wash over her. She was grateful for Ishaan's care and concern, but she also felt a little embarrassed about the whole situation. She knew that she had to get ready for the reception, but she didn't feel up to it. She wanted to stay in bed and rest. As she lay there, lost in thought, she heard Ishaan's voice. "Sharanya, are you okay?" he asked, his hand on her forehead. She looked up at him and nodded. "I'm fine," she said, but her voice was weak. Ishaan looked at her with concern and said, "You don't have to pretend that everything's okay. I know you're not feeling well. We can skip the reception if you want." Sharanya tells Sarah to wait there and that she'll be back in a minute with Ishaan. Sharanya calls out Ishaan and tells him to come and listen to her.
Sharanya goes outside the hospital room and says I want to take Sarah with her and that he should handle Shurti aunty. Ishaan then says not to worry and I will handle my mom.
Sharanya felt a sense of relief knowing that Ishaan had agreed to handle his mother and that she could take Sarah home with her. She smiled at Ishaan, feeling grateful that he was so understanding and supportive.
As they entered the room, Sarah's eyes lit up with joy as she saw her mother and Ishaan. She exclaimed, "Mom, Dad, you both came, yayyy! Let's go home quickly, I'm getting bored here."
