(Finally, they reach their home)
When Sarah gets out of the car and starts running, Sharanya is both relieved and worried. She's relieved that they've finally reached home, but worried that Sarah might hurt herself. Sharanya tells Sarah to be careful and reminds her that she just had surgery. She's trying to be protective, but also wants to let Sarah have her moment of joy.
Shurti Sighania, who is sitting in the lawn, sees the child who is with them and asks who's child is this and why they brought her with them. Sharanya stays quiet, feeling a sense of guilt and responsibility for Sarah. She doesn't know how to explain the situation to Shurti, and fears that she might not understand.

Meanwhile, Sarah enters her room and exclaims how pretty it is and how they will now live here. Sarah starts jumping on the bed and Sharanya tries to stop her but Sarah insists that she is feeling better now and wants to jump. Sharanya tells her to be careful, but Sarah keeps jumping with joy. Sharanya can't help but smile at her daughter's excitement and happiness. She feels grateful for Ishaan and his family for accepting them into their lives.
Ishaan enters the room and sees Sarah jumping on the bed. He can't help but smile at her excitement and happiness. He then turns to Sharanya and tells her that his mother has accepted Sarah and has no issues with them.
Sharanya becomes so happy on hearing this and thanks Ishaan for everything. She feels relieved that his mother has accepted them and that they can now live peacefully.

He tells her to rest and that he will take care of everything.

Sharanya felt touched by Ishaan's care.
Sarah smiled at the sight of her parents laughing together and felt happy to see her mom feeling better. She leaned in and hugged Sharanya. Sharanya hugged her back.
After taking some bites of the food, Sharanya says she is full, but Ishaan insists that she should eat a little more to regain her strength.
(Sharanya smiles and takes another bite)
After they finish eating, Sharanya tells Sarah that it's time for her to sleep.
(The three of them sleep in the same bed, with Sarah sleeping between Ishaan and Sharanya because Sarah's room wasn't arranged yet)
After getting ready, Sharanya went to the kitchen to make breakfast for Sarah. She made pancakes, eggs, and bacon, and served them on the table. Sarah was delighted to see the breakfast and said, "Yummy! Thanks, mom!" Sharanya smiled and said, "You're welcome, sweetie."
Ishaan also compliments on Sharanya 's cooking skill and says "Let's go Sharanya we're getting late"
Ishaan looked at Sharanya with a worried expression and said, "Sharanya, are you sure you're up for it? I don't want you to overexert yourself." Sharanya smiled and said, "I'm feeling much better now, Ishaan. I don't want to skip a day from office without any reason. I'll come with you to the office.
Ishaan nodded and said, "Alright, but promise me that you'll take it easy. If you feel tired or uncomfortable, just let me know." Sharanya said, "I promise, Ishaan ji . I'll be careful."
As they left for the office, Sarah watched them with a smile on her face. She was happy to see her parents going to work together. She knew that they loved each other very much and that they always looked out for each other.
