After his warmup with the ORC Vergil was heading home until he sensed something off nearby. Looking to his right was a couple with smelling of human blood which to his astonishment just spilled recently. To his curiosity he decided to investigate. Walking up to the front door he saw that it was unlocked which seemed off since all houses at this hour are locked. He thought to himself either whoever lived here was and idiot or something happened. Upon opening the door it was dark but in the living room was a candle that was the only one that shines. Entering the living room he stumbled upon a pool of blood and saw it was the owner who appeared to be sliced into pieces. Then he sensed someone near him who is sitting on the couch.

He then pulls out a gun and a holy sword from his coat which Vergil knew he's up for a fight.
Freed: Now seeing that you too are a swordsman I expect a fight from you unless your all talk. Now HAVE AT THEE!!
Charging at Vergil he swings his sword at him but instead of striking flesh he struck his Yamato which Vergil blocked it with one hand.
Vergil: Fool.
Pushing him back Freed was surprised he has this much strength.
Vergil: If you are trying to kill me there is only one man who can do that and it will never be you.
Freed: Well maybe I'll have to try Harding! *points his gun* Take this bitch!
He fired his gun but Vergil spin his blade around caught every bullet and lay them on the ground in a line as he then struck them with the Yamato throwing the bullets right back at him hitting his chest and shoulders.
Freed: AAH YOU BITCH!
Vergil: Like I said you are not the one. Now die.
Before he could strike at the priest again he heard a familiar voice around the corner
?: Issei?
Stopping his strike he turn to see Asia covering her mouth upon seeing Vergil just inches away from striking Freed with his blade.
Vergil: You!
As he was distracted Freed thrust his sword of light into Vergil chest as he stumbled back a bit.
