Finally, the day had arrived. I was moving into the villa of my dreams. It was fit for royalty with a palace-like exterior, and I couldn't believe that my father had actually bought it. I was grateful, but also excited to explore every nook and cranny with my family.

As I was packing my things, I stumbled upon a hidden wooden box in my closet. My heart racing, I opened it carefully and found a booklet filled with terrifying stories I had written myself long ago. But that wasn't all. There was also a handwritten book from my grandpa in it, with a peculiar paper reading 'Come with me' and the number 13 at the bottom. I was convinced it had something to do with the monster I had seen in my sleep.

I remembered distinctly when I first found the paper, and it had the same phrase. The spine-tingling scent of the paper and my suspicion made me hide it away. I couldn't shake the feeling that there was something supernatural about it.

After a long ride, we finally made it to the magnificent villa. Exhausted from the long journey, I collapsed onto the brand new settees, still in their plastic coverings. But something felt strange about the house... I couldn't put a finger on it.

Anxious to explore, I was promptly interrupted by my mother who declared, "Sara! Now is not the time to rest, let's get to work!" I grudgingly arose from my temporary throne and began to explore the vast estate. The villa was enormous, as if two repairs had melded together, featuring a spacious living room on the first floor and numerous bedrooms on the second floor.

We finally settled in, mother and father on the second floor, Adam on the third and I had a room to myself on the same floor as my parents...
