'she's not my girlfriend'

after yesterday the only thing lily could think of was haewon. their friendship was going really great, especially after having so much fun the day before, so lily was having a hard time focusing in class. she was thinking about other things to do with haewon and much more, fake scenarios i might say.

but the most important part was, haewon forgetting her jacket. lily was planning to give it back as soon as possible, which was today at lunch. thankfully the day had passed quicker than usual and it was already the period before lunch.

and... the bell rang

lily quickly took her books and most importantly haewons jacket and started running as fast as she could. lily ran towards the science classroom as she knew haewon was there -they both knew eachothers schedule just for safe measure- whenever it was lunch time the halls woukd be more crowded than ever, filled with hundreds of hungry students all running towards the cafeteria. lily went into the classroom only to see that there was just one person still there. a red haired girl who was packing up her backpack.

lily really didnt like talking to anyone. she was very socially akward and shy, overthinking every single word she would say to others. but currently she had no other choice than asking the red haired girl. lily shyly moved closer to the girl, catching her attention and asked

"excuse me, youre haewons classmate right?"

"yes" the girl answered in a very monotone and bored voice which made lily want to disappear and jump off a cliff.

"oh uhh, do you know where she might be now?"

"why do you need to know that?" the girl seemed very annoyed maybe disgusted even. "i was going to give her something" lily was getting more and more nervous as the girl was staring into her soul in a judgemental way.

"do you have a crush on her or something what are you going to give her?" lily didnt even know why this girl was aking her so many questions when it was not even her business but she didnt have the courage to stand up so she just akwardly stood there and answered the questions.

"what no! i was just gonna give her jacke-"

"kyujin whats taking you so long me and jiw- oh lily youre here too" haewon was standing at the door clearly annoyed at kyujin for taking so long to come to the cafeteria and suprised by why lily was there.

"oh lily do you and kyujin know eachother?" haewon asked

"YOU KNOW HER?!?"

"you know her?"

the two girls asked at the same time.

lily walked towards haewon and held her arm, feeling slightly scared by kyujin. "is she the kyujin you were talking about? but hou said kyujin was really nice and funny" lily's lips formed a cute small pout while looking at haewons eyes.

"oh my god kyujin stop acting so rude towards other when they ask about me, you and jiwoo arent my only friends" haewon facepalmed herself with her free hand.

"its not my fault! i thought she was a crazy person who had a crush on you!!" kyujin defended herself

"i just asked you where haewon was!?!"
