Ms. Grey Eyes whispered in my ear softly. "My name is Felicity."
"Huh." I replied, confused."
"My name, It's Felicity." She repeated. Her eyes sparkled playfully. She had a mischievous smirk on my face and her hair was tired back in a messy bun, the one I love. She was wearing black short shorts and a green hoodie. "I need to go, I might be late to class." Felicity said.
"O-okay..." As she was leaving I stood there dumbstruck, it fell like all of my emotions were jumbled into one condensed ball, I was so confused. I looked at my hands, they were trembling. I looked at my phone, it was almost time to go to class. I made it to homeroom with a few seconds left. Nothing much happened in school after that.

Finally, the school day was over, I got on the bus. I haven't seen Brian or Avia lately, I thought. I stuck my hands in my hoodie's pocket. The soft cotton touching my hand, but then my hand touched a paper. I took it out and a ripped piece of paper rested on my hand. Something was written on the front of it:

Felicity's number
Text me whenever you get the chance.

I flipped it over and a phone number was written on it. I clutched it for a few seconds and thought. I slid my phone out of my pocket and made Felicity a new contact. I decided I'd text her when I got to my house. On the bus I did the usual, I listened to music, ignoring everybody else. I rested my hand on the blue rugged leather seat, and waited until I got to my house.

I got home. I sat on my tattered couch, leaning, with my hands folded. I was so confused.
Why randomly walk over to me, and give me this information.
I scoffed. "It's probably another ruse to play some kind of sick trick on me." I said out loud. I got out my phone and typed in Felicity's contract information. "I guess I'll risk it." I began texting her.

Hey, I texted.
Hello, guy. She replied.
So, why'd you give me your number?
The way you look at me...it's hard to explain.

Uh-huh. Well the reason I look at you like that is because your...attractive.

"Why'd I say that?" I asked myself. I looked down at my phone, it said it was read, but no reply. I took advantage of it and started making myself dinner. I looked in the worn ivory cabinets and got a skillet out. I got beef and eggs out and decided I would cook them together. I ate good.

I was awoken by a electronic melody. I saw a faint blue light. I looked at my phone. It was 8:30, it's been four hours since I texted her. On the screen was a white bar with Felicity's name on it.
I unlocked my phone and went to my messages, my conversation with Felicity. She responded to my earlier message. All it said was, Okay. "Maybe it wasn't the best idea to say that. Let's see where this goes." I sighed. I walked up the stairs quietly, I checked if my parents were in their room. My dad wasn't, but my mom was sleeping soundly. I walked across the hall and entered my room. I plopped down on my bed. I could feel the lint rubbing against my skin, but the bes was soft and cushioned. I laid myself down and fell asleep.

I woke up early, so I spent the time finishing school work. When it was time to go I threw my clothes on. A grey hoodie and black shorts. I walked out the door and got on my bike, I wanted to make it on time so I peddled faster then I usually do.
I parked my bike in between to Palm trees. I knew no one would steel it so I didn't lock it. I walked into school just as homeroom began. I got into class, apparently Brian and Avia still weren't in school, I was getting worried. Jacob wasn't here either, but he was probably skipping school again. We took tests all day. Fifth period came fast though. PE, again. We changed into our gym clothes and our teach It was either soccer or volleyball. Most picked volleyball, including Felicity. Once on the field Felicity and I were the team captains, yet again. We picked our usual teammates, with our usual positions. Across the field I could see Felicity as center defense, Her eyes were stormy, she was looking at me with a look, a look that I couldn't interpret. I looked at the ball and my focus turned back to the game.
