Gwen's pov

For weeks I felt lost, for months I felt lost, for years I felt lost. Then I gained purpose when the spider bit me, and it changed me completely. I had purpose, I had the spider gang, I had the spider society, I had mentors, challenges and tribulations.

And if it wasn't for the spider, I wouldn't have met him. I wouldn't have met my soulmate.

When he found me, I was absolutely amazed and happy. It changed everything for me.

We fell in love and then finally.... after 8 years of being with him and spider manning with him.... he asked me a question that changed things.

And yes, we got married and then life changed. I turned 31, he turned 31 and we were so happy that we had peace.

"MOMM!!!!"

Key word: Had

I sighed and swung the door open. "Let each other go." My children's eyes went wide.

Miles's pov

I got home and heard screaming. "DAD!!!!" My son screamed. I saw my two kids running downstairs. "What's going on?" "Mom." My daughter said breathless. "Maximilian Luke Morales-Stacy and Charlotte Harriet Morales-Stacy!" Max squealed jumping up and sticking to the ceiling. I watched my wife run down the stairs. "Where's your brother?" With teeth chattering, Charlotte pointed to the hispanic boy on the roof. Gwen jumped up and grabbed him. "Gwen." I said softly, kissing her head. She sighed and Char and Max ran past us. "Oh my gosh. What are we gonna do with these two. They're 6 but they run like they're 15. Oh my goodness." I laughed and looked at her. "You know I still thinking back to the night you asked me to marry you. The day I told you that I was pregnant with Char and Max. The look on your face. We've been on such a journey." I laughed. "Let's recount. Seriously. We've been through you bumping me, ripping my hair off, us mentoring you, you making me open up and become friends, then we spent more time together, Miguel, friends, betrayal, forgiving me, learning, falling in love, war, more fights, you left me 3 times, came back and tried to kill me at one point, you made me fight Earth 8 you, and yet I still married you and bore you two... wonderful children." I laughed stroking my chin. "It's been a ride." I said. She smiled. "And I wouldn't change it for the world. I'm here now, Gwanda." I said kissing her head.

What a ride.
