Chapter 8 a new eclipse comes but at what cost?

(Ricks pov)

After having lunch with Vince and talking about what's going to happen, it turns out it will be nothing at all! "What do you mean we have to wait, Vince?! We have everything don't we?" I ask him with worry and a hint of anger, Vince sighs as he says, "Look Rick I know you have been waiting for this, but it just can't happen right now. We need to wait for an eclipse so your friend there" Vince says as he points at the Terror Mask laying there on a table. "He can walk the earth... We need to wait for the right time ok?" Vince says calming down a bit. I take a deep breath, "I'm sorry Vince, it's just it took us two years to get to this point." Vince looks at me with what seems to be pity I'm not too sure.

"I'm sorry Rick" He looks at the clock on the wall "I got to get ready for my Necrobioligy class Rick, I'll talk to you later," he says as he gets up. Rick sighs and picks back up the Terror mask off the table and puts it back in his bag as he walks off with Vince and soon enough they part waving goodbye to each other. And Rick starts to walk to his other class, his last one for the day before the weekend.
I take a short outside past the quad in the back with the fountain and see (Y/N) packing up her bag. "And here I thought we wouldn't see her today Rick~ Ehehe!" I sigh hearing the Mask talk to my as I mutter, "Shut up! I have to think, I have a test to get to for my architect class!" the Mask laughs at my comment as I continue to class not wanting at all to be late, as afterwards I have to talk to (Y/N).

AN: Hey I'm back and alive still. I know some of you were wondering when I was going to continue to write this book, but don't worry I never forgotten. Just the time I stepped away was for my family and myself. I lost someone very close and needed the time to put myself back together. But expect more story and chapters soon!
