Chapter 7

Sorry for not uploading these past few days. But my exams are finally over, so I'll probably be able to post more frequently now. Anyway let's start!

Nozomi's POV:

After hanging out with Ai, we both walked back to our apartments.
As soon as I entered I rushed in my room and jumped on my bed, hugging my pillow while squealing.

"I can't believe I hung out with Ai! It was so much fun!"
I could feel my face getting hotter and my heart beating faster and faster.

"I need to calm myself. Tomorrow we have the concert. I need to prepare myself for it. I've only practiced in front of Miyako and Saitou. I need to prepare to face hundreds or maybe thousands of people."

"We also have practice in a 2 hours. How am I going to face Ai?! My face keeps getting hotter whenever I think of her."
I then got off my bed, and started cooking lunch.

After eating and cleaning the dishes I started preparing for practice.
When it was time I headed out and soon arrived at the studio.

I entered the changing room and saw Hina and Kia there.
"Hello you two."
Hina: Hi Mei!
She said as she hugged me.

Kia: Hello.
She said with a wave.
Hina: So~? How did your date with Ai go~?
She asked with a teasing grin.

"I told you it wasn't a date!"
Kia: Huh? A date? Ai and Mei-Mei?
Hina: Yes! Mei and Ai went on a date. It seems she enjoyed it.

Kia: Congratulations Mei-Mei. I didn't expect couples to be forming inside the group, but I'm happy for you two.
"We're not dating! We only hung out as friends!"

Kia: Oh I see. My bad. Well best of luck then.
She said as she walked out of the changing room.
"Ugh. She misunderstood it. See what you did?!"

Hina: Hehe~ Sorry. Sorry. But you do love Ai, don't you~?
"I'm going!"
I said with a small blush as I walked out of the changing room.

As I entered the practicing room I noticed that everyone besides Hina was there.
Hina entered the room soon after me as Saitou told us to get into our positions on the small stage.

We then got into our positions and started singing and dancing.
We practiced for an hour or so and then we stopped.

Saitou: That was amazing! This should be enough for today. We don't want you getting too tired the day before the concert.
Miyako: Yes, that should be enough.

We then all sat on the stage and started sweating and panting.
Ai: Phew. Let's hope we do just as well tomorrow!

Yu-chan: Ye! We will do even better tomorrow! I'm sure of it!
Mai-san: Yeah, I'm really excited!
Airi: Same! I can't wait!

Runa: Hehe~ Let's rest for now. We shouldn't use all our energy today.
Kia: Yes. And be sure to sleep. You can't have bags under your eyes.

Hina: Hehe~ Kia always acts like our mom. She always takes care of us.
"Yes, she's really the 'mom' of this group."
Kia: Come on stop it you two.
She said with a tiny blush.

Yu-chan: That's the first time I've seen Kia blush! Cute~!
She said as she hugged Hina.
Kia: W-What are you saying?
She said as her cheeks got redder.

Saitou: Hey come on! Stop playing around and go rest at your houses.
After that we changed into casual clothes and went to our apartments.

After entering my apartment I went in my bath, since I was full of sweat from practicing.
I put soap on my hair and after some minutes I was done. After drying my body, I put a towel around my head to dry my hair.
