♡ Love & Bite: The Vampire Queen ♡ (WLW)

♡ Love & Bite: Bite or Be Bitten. ♡

It was the day of the vampire ball. Selene looked down at her dress, as she smiled softly. "This dress looks beautiful, doesn't it, Estella?" She said, as she twirled around. "You look lovely as well, my darling."

"I hope this ball will be fantastic."

"So do I, my darling." Estella then smiled softly, as she looked up. There was a twinge of guilt still in her heart, but she didn't want to focus on that. "How about we go in? Don't want to keep all our beloved guests waiting." Estella smiled softly, as she offered her hand out to Selena. Selena then smiled softly at her. "Oh, yes. Wouldn't want to keep them waiting." She giggled, as she took Estella's hand. "Let's go in, before they think we died." She whispered with a laugh, before they entered the grand ballroom. The vampire ball had started!

All of the vampires, and humans, in the ball were talking. They were all gossiping, and whispering about Estella and Selena. Estella could hear a few of them, and she could hear their mixed feelings. Some were admiring and in awe, some were judging, and of course; some were gossiping about it. 

Selena suddenly turned to Estella, and her face grew serious. "Are you okay? My love?" As she spoke, all of the guests stopped whispering, and their attention turned to them. Estella smiled softly back at her, and she put a hand on Selena's cheek. "Everything is fine. Let us just go dance and have fun, shall we?" She said, in a calm voice. She had to stay calm. Especially in front of all of these different guests. She didn't want this night to go downhill for any reason.

Selena seemed to relax at her statement as well, and she nodded. "Okay, my dear. Let us have a dance." She smiled softly, before gently taking Estella's hand in her hands, and the two of them walked towards the dance floor, and they began to dance. They seemed very in sync, as they enjoyed it. They danced gracefully and beautifully, moving like one. The guests clapped happily at their dancing, enjoying what the two lovers were putting on. 

While the two were dancing together, Estella's eyes began to glow a faint red. This meant her vampire urges were kicking in slightly, and she could barely control it. Soon, she could start to feel her fangs grow, and her claws would follow. She wanted to hunt, and she wanted to hunt now. She then looked back at Selena, and she frowned slightly. "My darling, I feel strange.. I am feeling a bit.. hungry for blood.." Estella looked around, and she spotted the wine and blood drinks. She let out a sigh of relief, as she took a few steps away from Selena, and she walked up to a table. She grabbed a glass of wine, before walking back to Selena with a smile. "I found something you might like." She spoke gently, as she gave the wine to Selena, and she then took the blood drink.

Selena stared at the drink for a split second, before her eyes lit up. "Oh! You should've told me that earlier! Thank you, my dear." She smiled softly, as she took the glass of wine from Estella and she took a small sip of it. She then set it down, before her attention turned back to Estella. Estella slowly drank the blood drink, and she felt a sense of relief wash over her. She sighed softly, as her eyes faded back to normal. She then smiled. "Much better, my darling." She said softly, before she kissed Selena gently. 

The two then stepped back out onto the dance floor. They began to dance once more, moving in sync. Their movements matched perfectly, and after several moments of dancing, they leaned in, as they kissed. The guests in the crowd gasped and cooed, as the two lovers made out, still dancing. The two then pulled away, as they broke the kiss gently. They giggled as the crowd looked at them with happiness. Many of the vampires and humans began to dance around them. "You are an amazing dancer, my darling." She whispered gently, as their eyes met. "The way our movements matched is wonderful."  A soft smile then grew on Selena's face, as her eyes twinkled. "You're a spectacular dancer, my love. Our dances have never been more perfect." She smirked, before giving Estella another quick kiss.
