Ambers Pov
We all load up our shit into the van and take our seats, of course me and Tara end up sitting together.
"Always together hm?" She says.
"Locked in." I put my pinky out and she locks in with me, we both look up at eachother then to Mindy who's face is stuck in between the seat.
"Sup." Mindy lips her licks and Tara makes a stank face, I laugh and Mindy also laughs. Liv puts her headphones in and listens to whatever she does, I understand her honestly. I turn back to Tara and we play rock paper scissors until Wes finally gets this damn car to move.
"ABOUT TIME!" Mindy yells in Wes' ear, Wes jumps and we almost crash into a lamppost.
"JESUS! WHATS ALL THE RUCKUS?" Chad says, taking his sleep mask off. Me and Tara stare at each other, trying not to laugh.
"Nothing, go back to sleep." Liv says as she puts chads sleep mask down. We all sit back in our seat and a familiar song comes on the radio.
"Hey wait- turn the radio up for a second?" I ask Wes, he turns it up and me and Tara look at eachother with excitement.
"Oh god, what are you guys about to-"
"ASHES ASHES TIME TO GOO DOOOWNNN🔥🔥‼️‼️🗣️🗣️🗣️" I sing,
"OH-OH HONEY, DO YOU WANT ME NOWW??!!🗣️🗣️🗣️‼️‼️‼️🔥🔥" Tara sings the next part, it's both our favorite Melanie song.
"Are you guys gonna play that at your Wedding?" Mindy asks us, Wes rolls his eyes and me and Tara both stop singing.
"Way to ruin the mood." I say, Mindy laughs. I get out my bag and Tara looks at me weirdly.
"What?" I say, she looks up at me.
"Do you still have the kitty..?" She looks flustered, I smile and open the bag for Primrose to come out, almost instantly she cuddles against Tara's thigh. We both laugh and play with Primrose as Mindy annoys Liv by switching her songs every now and then. Wes keeps looking over to us for some reason, he looks like he has fire in his eyes. But I honestly couldn't give two fuck.
Wes' POV
I know I'm supposed to keep my eyes on the road but I find myself fixated on Tara and Amber, I feel a load of jealousy but I know that nothings going on between them, I hope that nothings going on. Tara wouldn't do that, she loves me. I already have this whole thing planned out, we're perfect.
Nothing can get in the way of our love.

"WAKE UP WE'RE HERE!" Wes yells loudly, I groan and open my eyes up slowly as the group start to get out of the van and unpack. I feel a heavy weight on my shoulder and look over to my left to see a cutie sleeping on it. I smile at the sight and gently shake her to wake her up.
"Hm..?" She says softly.
"We're here Tara." I say as I scoop up primrose and put her on my shoulder.
"Really..?" She says tiredly but with a smile on her face, I nod and we scoot over to the right door to get out, I offer her a hand and help her step down since she's short. I notice that Wes saw me help her and I can't help but make fun of the stupid little look he has on his face. We both get our stuff and Wes almost immediately grabs Tara away from me, putting his arm around her shoulder. I can see the
uncomfortable look on Tara's face but I prefer to not get involved with whatever the hell goes on with them.
