~Ellie Reynolds~
Let me tell you something, I hate Luca .... whatever the hell his last name is.
You went is seems as time slows down and everything is in slow motion? That's what happened.
As we, well at least I, was falling into the pool it happened in slow motion. When we finally hit the water, time resumed.
I didn't rise up above the water like I wanted to. Because here's a little fact about me........ I cant swim. I can't swim to save my life (literally).
When my head finally rose up above the water I took a big gasp of air. You know, how they do in the movies and whatever. When I opened my eyes everyone was gathered at the edge of the pool. But they were blurry, everything was blurry.
Where are my glasses?
I got to the edge of the pool and was lifted by some people. I was soak and wet. My shoes were the only thing I was worried about. Do you know how long it takes to dry up shoes?.... I don't know, its probably a long time.
I stood up and I couldn't see anything. Someone came to me and put on my glasses for me.
"Are you okay?" Once my adjusted my eyes I realized that it was River.
Now he shows up.
"I guess so," I shrugged. I looked around. "Wheres Luca?"
"He's in the kitchen. Probably drinking again." River said guiding me to the exit of the backyard which was the kitchen.
"He's the reason why all of this happened." I said in a harsh tone once I saw Luca. He was indeed drinking, with soaking wet clothes, and his hair all over his face.
"I was looking for him all around the house." River said going up to Luca and taking his drink from his hand.
"Give me my fucking drink!" Luca yelled at River. It's funny how he didn't stutter when he said that.
"No." River threw the cup away.
"I want to go home." I said shivering.
"I'll take you both home right now." River said snatching another drink from Luca.
Is that all he knows how to do? Drink?
Tina came into the kitchen and looked at me. When she saw me her eyes widened.
"Long story." Is all I said before she could ask. She nodded and looked at Luca disgustingly.
"Do you want a ride home?" She asked me.
"No its alright. River is dropping me off." I said pointing at him.
"Okay. Get home safe." She said hugging me.
What a friend. I don't know anyone else who would hug there friend while they are soaking wet from top to bottom.
After she left there was a silence. And an annoying silence because I didn't know why it was so silent.
"Can we go?!" I said annoyed putting my messy wet hair into a ponytail.
River noticed my agitation and helped Luca up. Luca leaned on him as he leaned on me but it didn't see to bother him at all. Well i'd like to see him try if he were a 5'7, 100- something pounded girl.
~*~
"Are you sure you got him?" River asked in his drivers seat.
"Yes I'm alright." I said with Luca leaning on me while he was half asleep.
I actually really needed his help getting Luca in his house but River did enough and he looked really tired.
"Alright, that's his house." River pointed at a house a huge house, or more like mansion, next to Maddie's.
"Okay thanks for everything." I said smiling at him.
"No problem." He smiled back and drove off.
"Okay Luca lets get you inside." I said to really no one because Luca was basically asleep.
We went to the front door, and I tried to open but it was locked. River said a door would be unlocked, as always.
So then I basically carried Luca around the house to the back and I tried to open that door but it was also locked. I didn't know what other doors there were. So we were locked out.
Well, technically Luca was locked out not me. But I guess it would be mean to leave him out here right?
Why do I have to be so nice?
We walked to my backdoor and it was unlocked.I walked through the kitchen into the living room. My back was about two seconds away from breaking and it would definitely break if I helped Luca up the stairs.
"Luca go upstairs and go sleep." I said shaking him.
He didn't respond, I didn't think he was going to. "Luca?" I asked.
"What." He mumbled. Okay, he's alive.
"Go upstairs and sleep." I said to him.
He sighed and walked up the stairs with his eyes closed. I watched as he successfully made it up the stairs without falling. He only stumbled, since he was still drunk.
I went into the kitchen to get some water and went back upstairs and into my room. I closed the door and turned around ready to jump in my bed. But I couldn't do that. Do you want to know why I couldn't do that?
Its because some annoying kid named Luca was laying on my bed.
This draws the line. I have dealt with him all night. Can't I just have my bed? That's all I want.
"Luca," He didn't respond the first time. "Luca." I said kicking his leg. Which reminds me I need to take off my shoes and dry them.
"Hmm."
"Luca you can't sleep here, go into another room." I said.
He didn't respond.
"Luca" I whined kicking his leg again. I was getting no where. I decided to just let his big self take up half my bed. My bed was very large so there was still a lot of room for me but I didn't want to share.
I went into the bathroom and took a shower.
I smelled like chlorine and it smelt so bad.
I put on my black pajamas and went back into my bedroom. I was kind of expecting Luca to be gone by the time I got back here, but I knew that wasn't going to happen. Unfortunately.
I took off his shoes and put a blanket over him. I went to go take another blanket and laid it on the floor.
I honestly rather die than sleep next to Luca. I wanted to rest my poor back on my fluffy bed tonight but no. My poor back gets to hurt more on this floor tonight.
Isn't everything just so great?
River is the boy on top.
