Circus[BOOK ONE]

Bright white light and voices as he hear odd voices talking and a beeping in the distance.

"Is he stabilized?"

"Yes, he is, sir."

"Alright, give me the scalpel."

"Here you are, sir."

An intense pain surged through him but soon went away. Here Sora lay in a hospital bed wrapped up in gauze in this white room. What's even stranger is that he's tied tight to the bed, wrists ankles and all. Sora looked around to see no windows, no way to the outside world. Sora began hyperventilating, thus he gained the phobia over years, and tried to get out of the restrains. The door burst open as people in lab-coats and masks ran in. Sora, afraid and confused, tried to claw at the restrains again screaming wildly.

"Sir!! Calm down we're here to help!!" one yelled as the others held Sora down. Sora screamed and struggled as they held him down. Everything went quiet and still but Sora kept struggling, he heard the click-clack of someone's heels. Everyone looked up and bowed in the presence of the masked woman. She stood at the foot of Sora's bed taking off her mask and Sora's eyes widened in shock.

"Yumi?!" he asked bewildered. The woman put her hand on her hip.

"Kid, I am no Yumi but, whoever she is, she must be stunning." the woman said with an Australian accent. She had long black hair just like Yumi, but a body of a rebellious goddess. Sora huffed looking at her.

"You have to be Yumi! I don't remember how I got here but you're Yumi!" Sora yelled struggling getting the strength to break the bands on his arms and legs. He crawled at the edge of the bed facing the woman. "You are Yumi."

The woman held up her hand to seize the lab-coat wearing people. She stared in Sora's face, eye to eye.

"I. Am. Not. Yumi." she said blowing smoke in Sora's face knocking him out.
"Y-You are...." he whispered falling on top of the woman and she caught him. The woman's fangs popped out and they glistened in the light as she licked them.

"Take him to the laboratory, he needs to be questioned as to why he was there at that abandoned Circus." she told the workers putting back on her mask. She looked around the all white room and jumped through the ceiling to the dark world outside.
