He looked the girl, just staring into her eyes.
A tear fell from her eye, but she quickly wiped it away.
"what even are we?" she mumbled.
Bill was stunned, he didn't know what to say.
I mean they'd never made it official, but at the same time he wasn't quite sure.
Lilac just looked at him, with a sad expression on her face.
The two were quickly interrupted by the others entering the room.
Mindsey crossed her arms, before looking at the two.
Lilac took a deep breath, before exiting the room.
Bill following her close behind.
"Lilac-" the boy spoke.
She didn't turn around, she just kept walking.
Bill followed her.

She sat in the grass, just watching the ducks.
Bill slowly sat next to her.
The girl looked down, before mumbling an apology.
"I'm sorry for avoiding you" she spoke.
Bill looked at her, but Lilac refused to make eye contact with him.
"Don't be, I'm sorry too" he said softly.
He bit the inside of his cheek, before glancing at the ducks.
"Bill" Lilac whispered.
"Yeah?" he responded softly.
"Y'know I've always liked you, ever since the day I met you" she said.
Bill's eyes softened.
"I've always liked you too" he admitted.
