Olivia POV:

When I finally opened my eyes, I got the finest sleep I had had in three years. True homeliness exists. I looked at the time: 6:30 hump I got up a little later than usual, but that's okay. At 8:00, I have to go for work.After doing all the work from yesterday, I then made the decision to take a bath because I was so sweaty.

I made the decision to check on Jason after taking a bath. After taking a bath ,I nade my way towards my study. When I noticed the bed made and a sticky note on the headboard of the bed.

"Hello, sweetie. Good morning
I hope you had a restful night. I'm sorry, but I had to go early since I had business to attend to. Well, I've kept up. I've left your breakfast on the dining room table, though. Your preferred coffee and bagel sandwich combo. I'm hoping you'll like it. I'll see you today at work, then. Bye."

As I read the contents of the sticky note, a tiny smile started to form on my face.I left my study and proceeded to the dining area, where my sandwich and coffee were both attractively wrapped in foil.

"But what about his breakfast!?" I questioned myself. However, a second sticky note on my table quickly provided the solution to my query.

"And yeah, I already had breakfast when I was purchasing yours, so don't worry about that."

"He knows me far too well" I reasoned.

Time skip....

Three months later.....

Third Person POV:

That event occurred three months ago. Olivia underwent a lot of changes at that time frame. Her lustrous black hair has been replaced with short ginger hair. She had lost her shy and timid personality and gained confidence and boldness.

During this period, she and Jason became quite close.

Olivia POV

I find it hard to imagine that she is the same girl who cried for her spouse three months ago. I muttered to myself as I stared in the mirror. This is my favourite rendition. This version of me must have been somewhere when Matt and Elisha were making fun of me, I wonder.

The growth of this character was significantly influenced by Jason. He could be my best buddy, but he is.

I took a peek at the envelope sitting on my side table in front of me. Bold lettering on a resignation letter. My words were a signal.I wish to go from Rochester and company. You may ask why. Jason just informed me that there's a firm that is employing its employees for positions that pay more than P.A. The fact is that I no longer enjoy dealing with Matt; this is merely a phoney justification.

After accepting the letter, I locked the door to my home and left. My uber had just arrived two minutes earlier, so I started walking towards it.

I soon arrived in front of my office. Many staff greeted me and many of them smiled as I made my way inside.

I approached the lift and pressed the button for the 40th level.

I went directly to the office of my employer. I gently knocked on the door and entered.

"Good Day, Mr. Rochester. To present my letter of resignation, I'm here." Looking directly into his eyes, I spoke all at once.

"What, er, I mean, why? "

"I would prefer not to reveal my personal motives for doing that with you, sir."

"I deserve to know because I'm your husband, Olivia,"

I sneered at the word "husband". "You distinctly said to me on the day of our wedding that you want to have a professional relationship whether at the job or at home."

"Okay, if you want to quit, great, then feel free to return to our home."

"What!? No way, I won't even dare visit your home."

"All right, I'll let you handle it. If you wish to quit, you may either go home or stay in my office as long as I like. "

I was furious and stormed out of his office.

"How can he possibly imagine that I will go back to him after he uttered such horrible comments to me behind my back."
