Chapter 7

Naruto blinked at where he felt the person presence earlier disappear from his sense. Confused and curious of what actually happen, he tried to sense that person chakra again, just want to make sure they wasn't a threat to him.

For some reason, he felt familiar with the chakra that he sense from the person earlier but he can't pinpoint who is it in his memories. He pinpointed where the person is and surprisedly they was in 20 meter in his vicinity, probably their own home.

Naruto for some reason, felt a pull toward a person. Like something were stirring in him, something that make his heart feel tight and a bit hard to breath. Then his sharps nose scented a strong smell that he wasn't quite sure what is it. It smell like tulip and vanilla that mixed with...wolf? Wait...how did he know the scent of wolf smell like? Human senses of smell wasn't really strong compare to animals. Is this one of his fox trait?

It is because he turn into half kitsune, that he can smell this pheromone? Moreover, what's this? There was a scent of arousal between those three scent he caught earlier but the question is, why?

Meanwhile...

Kurama woke up from his sleep when Naruto caught the scent, his crimson slitted eyes widened in shock and disbelieve. "No way." The fox said in total surprise, didn't quite believe his host had scented his soulmate for a few minutes ago.

This...this is bad. If Naruto manage to find his soulmate early in this age. It would trigger the hormone cycle between the two and the boy would suffer the heat cycle and Kurama want to avoid that as much as he can. His host is still young and if they not careful, no one knows what will happen next.

"Naruto!" the fox called his host, jerking the boy at his sudden outburst. 'What is it, Kurama?' asked the boy to his tenant, curious why he suddenly talked to him. "I want you to stay away from the man that have that scent, okay?"

The fox can felt the boy knitted his brow in confusion, 'Why?' ask the boy, more curious now, that Kurama willing to give him a warning. The fox grunt at his vessel, "Just do what I say. It just for your own good." he ordered, voice stern.

Naruto huffed, 'Fine. At least tell the reason why. So I can keep an eye more seriously.' he tried to reason but the fox won't budge. "I will tell you when you were in rightful age to know about this." said the fox, already make up his mind that he won't tell his host until he grown enough.

Naruto pouted at that but didn't pushed more. Knowing he won't get anything even he keep pestering the fox.

"Didn't you have a training to catch?"

Naruto blinked, remembering his plan to train after violin training. With that in mind, he start his training.

Few days later...

Sasuke were in his clan training ground, trying to improve aiming skills when his brother came in. "Sasuke!"

The boy stop what he had been doing and turned, delighted to see his brother. "Nii-san!" called the boy happily and run to his brother side.

Itachi smiled softly at his brother and rubbing his raven hair tenderly. "How was your training Sasuke?" he asked gently. Which Sasuke happily tell his progress of his training and Itachi happily listen his baby brother babbling about it.

Elsewhere...

Naruto were meditating in his garden, assessing his chakra in more control. He want to grasped his elemental without using a hand sign, just like Kaguya and Hagoromo. Since he realize that, hand sign just make the attack more slow. It was like enchanting a magic spell, but need more words to activated it.
