Parrish Learns About Stiles

Lydia Post Surgery
"Parrish. Are you here on official duty?" Melissa asked as Deputy Parrish came to the hospital front desk.
"I am. The Sheriff has asked that I take Lydia Martin's statement once she is out of surgery and awake."
"Well, she came out of surgery half an hour ago, and we're just waiting for the anaesthetic to wear off. Shall I show you to her room?"
"If you would be so kind."
"Of course," Melissa said and she led Parrish to Lydia's room. She was lying on her side, and she was unconscious.
"I will stay with her until she wakes up."
"I thought you would."
"Thank you," Parrish said and Melissa left him to it.

Parrish went over and made sure that Lydia was alright. Her breathing and pulse were good, and her skin had regained colour. Satisfied that she was doing alright, Parrish made himself comfortable on a chair and turned on the TV.

"Yeah, I can teach you. Are you feeling ok?" Parrish asked Lydia.
"Not really. My head and throat hurt from the anaesthetic. My body also hurts, but I've just had surgery so..."
"Does anything feel off or wrong?"
"No. No, it's ok."
"Good."
"I am tired though."
"Go back to sleep. I'm in no rush, and if Stilinski asks, you're still coming round from the anaesthetic."
"Thank you."
"It's my pleasure," Parrish said and Lydia fell back asleep.

Stiles Asleep

"Stiles? Oh man," Noah said as he saw Stiles asleep on the Bestiary. "At least he's studying."
"Yeah, about the supernatural."
"Stiles. Stiles, time to wake up," Noah said as he came over to his son. "Can you hear me? Stiles?"
"Stiles!" Malia shouted and Stiles jolted awake.
"What...? What's going on... what?"
"You didn't come home."
"Oh, hey dad," Stiles said with a smile.
"Let's go home. Come on."
"I've been asleep this whole time?"
"Yep."
"Yeah."
"Oh," Stiles said and his dad and Malia took him home.
