Dominik sat in a empty well lit hall wearing a long sleeved black cotton blend turtle neck shirt and fitted black jeans. One of his converse clad feet was on the bar between the front legs of the chair while the other bounced against the floor.
“I spent hours organizing my notebook with the order of girls I’m planning to meet.”
He paused to open the notebook, the first name written at the top was Kayden.
“So, I set up to meet Kayden first because we connected a lot naturally and we got to know about each other. The intimacy was also there so I took Jades questions and I added some of my own. I feel like that will help me learn more about her and see if we still vibe.”
Stopping he flipped ten pages before getting to a page titled Rhea.
“Rhea was one of the girls that rubbed me wrong so I filled her pages with questions to see if giving her a second chance is a waste of my time. I gave her a little extra time so I can get through everything and be thorough because my options are limited and I don’t want to be hasty. My questions are a mix of Jade's, her's, Paige's, and some of my own.”
Skipping fifteen pages he showed it.
“Since Athena grounded me when I was overwhelmed I decided to put her After Rhea. I asked her all my questions last time so this time I’m just gunna let her ask me stuff. So I left her pages blank. Then after her is Paige.”
He turned five pages till he reached the name.
“I put down the same questions for her. Trish is the same as Athena. Jade has the same questions as Rhea and Paige. Last but certainly not least is Indi.”
When he got to her page it was also blank save for her name.
“I just wanna talk to Indi. I didn’t get to ask all of my questions but we still had a good conversation so I’m gunna try and recapture that if not I’ll just aske her the questions I remember.”
Dominik closed the book with a bright smile then held it up.
“I organized the order of the girls cause this time around I've got a plan. I'm using the girls that riled me up before as emotional resets so I can talk to the girls I really liked with a clear head. But also I’m using the girls I like to lower my guard and relax me so I can have open conversations with the ones that got me going. So…..I’m ready for today and I’m confident I’ll find the one.”

“You seem really happy.” Roman stated, walking up behind Dominik and clapping him on the shoulder.
The younger man smiled up from his bowl of cereal with a nod.
“New day new chance to find love, hopefully.”
“That’s a great way to think of it bro-tater chip.” Ace greeted with a bright smile.
