Destiny's Choice (V1)

Chapter 1; The Start

On a winter night, blood filled the walls and the floor. The cries of a little girl can be heard from the village which leaves the people complaining from the noise, thinking nothing bad is happening and its only normal discipline. Then, an ominous laughter filled the room with fear, the crying slowly fading. "Now, little girl, would you like to be a part of the uppermoons? You might as well be of a higher rank,maybe a demon princess?", a voice said. Confused and scared, the little girl uttered " d-d-demon p-prin-princess?". "You're the only one who handled such amount of my blood,truly interesting,with enough power you can top the Uppermoon 1 itself, and for a 4 years old child, it seems impossible", a reply was heard. "What is your name?", he asked. Fearful that she will end up like her family's dead bodies,lying on the floor, she answered the stranger who killed them, " A-Alexis Yu-Yurikanai". "Interesting, a girl who can speak its full name properly, you seem smarter than your age, such a pity that you look like a weakling yet you can handle a large amount of a demon's blood without dying is a surprise",he said. After a moment of silence, the man introduced himself," I'm Muzan Kibutsuji, for you to be recognized by me, you shall not speak my name to anyone, you should be grateful I will be adopting you". "A-a- adopting?", the scared voice of a child asked with visible confusion and fear on her face. "Do not take this generosity for granted, I am only adopting you as my daughter for you are worthy of pretending and might as well be able to find the blue spider lily, as you grow you will be stronger and might as well be as strong as me if I allow you to, now devour people and gain strength, I will let you meet certain people after a while" Muzan said. After that, he left in a blink of an eye leaving the confused new little demon alone...
