Chapter 14: The Symbols

As I said,a new chapter is here~ Also, Im kinda changing my writing style again cuz I am just not yet satisfied with what I have right now. Anyways,here ya go!

Timeskip 2 months (btw Muzan is in female form the whole time )

Muzan's pov:

I was working in my study when I heard someone call me. "Hellooo mama~ Uuhh,I think the castle is broken again?" "Rukime, for fuck's sake what the fuck happened?" "Daki-chan and nii-san accidentally wrecked Naki-san and Douma's room while sparring and now Douma and Nakime are chasing them and Akaza and dad are trying to stop them. Also,don't ask why they're not sparring in the training grounds because I dont know as well". I sighed when I heard what happened and put my stuff away before going to where they're fighting with Nakime. Once we arrived, I immediately felt the urge to drop them in the sun due to the mess they've created until I spotted someone in the distance.

Y/n pov:

  I heard some noise in the center of the fortress and I immediately tried to hold back my laugh once I arrived to the noise. I saw Daki and Kai trying to run from Naki-san and dad while holding Nakime's biwa to keep her from teleporting them to her. In the other side of the room, I saw my mom and little sister looking at the mess with the same disappointed face until mom saw me. She gave me a signal indicating to hold back everyone fighting with vines. I did it and immediately got blood with sugar and honey and watched the show. Kai and Daki getting lectured by mom looks hilarious while Rukime and Akaza calm Douma and Nakime down. Meanwhile, dad is beside me just watching them all amused.

3rd person pov:

   After Muzan lectured the two,she immediately went to where her daughter and husband was. "You ok now?" Kokushibou asked while Y/n was laughing at her brother and bestfriend who looks like they almost had a near death experience. "Yeah, those brats really can't stay responsible and mature for one day huh? They're this chaotic even when in battle" Muzan answered. After that,everyone went back to what they were doing, Nakime played her biwa to Rui, Gyutaro was talking to Daki while Kaigaku is sleeping on his shoulder, Rukime and Y/n decided to spar in the training grounds while their parents supervise them as they train.

Riyuka's pov:

   I was watching everyone mind their business until I remember someone. "Wait...WHERE'S MY BABY SISTER?!" I panicked and immediately flew around the castle to find her until I saw her in the room next to the training grounds sleeping on a crib. Apparently,they moved her there so they can watch her before my sisters trained, I noticed something though. "Wha- why is she on a web crib?" I asked myself confused. "Dont worry,Rui's web can be harmless if he he wants it to. Im sure it wouldn't hurt her, he did the same to a baby spider demon before and none of all of us got hurt when we touched it as well as the baby" a girl said. I didn't know who she was. "Who are you?" I asked. " I am Rui's previous mother before Lord Muzan adopted him. Im pretty sure he mentioned at least once about his spider family right?" she answered. "You're the spider mother? Oh! I remember Rui mentioning you once, he told me you're a sweet and caring mother even as a demon! Thanks for the assurance by the way" I said. I can tell from her face that she was relieved he thought of her like that. Curious, I asked her " why is your soul here? Shouldn't you be in hell? Or whatever?" "The symbol of sympathy and goddess of destiny took me in as a fallen guardian angel and asked me to look over this household when they found out that I tend to turn humans to spider demons more than try to kill them and take care of them and that I technically gave myself away. Though,I would still be tortured in hell,its only for a specific amount of time and then I would continue to serve the symbol of sympathy". "Symbol of sympathy? Wait,wait- me? Oh right, I asked some souls to help me look over them until all Symbols and guardians are found and completed. Ah,how do I tell her that Im the symbol of sympathy?" I thought to myself. "Ah you're one of the souls I turned to Fallon Guardians? I didn't recognized you. I am the Symbol of Sympathy, it seems its because Im not clearly seen that time" "Wait,you are? You're one of the Symbols?" "Yes,do you want proof? Im sure the light of my wings was obvious that time as well as the symbol on my left arm."

3rd person pov:

  After a few minutes of talking, Riyuka and the spider mother decided to continue to talk in Riyuka's old room.

Riyuka's pov:

Once we arrived in my room after my sister was taken to my parents room, the spider mither who was originally named Sumire asked me something. "Say, what exactly is the symbols?" she asked hesitantly. "The symbols are the ones chosen by gods to protect the chosen one in their vulnerable times. The chosen one are a individual who are picked by gods to save a certain dimension where she was born,reincarnated,transmigrated or created in. The Symbols represent different personalities and such and is considered guardian angels. Though I wouldn't call myself an angel. There are multiple symbols and I have only found one, the Symbol of Power. Apparently, he is my uncle aka the one who almost killed my mom and is my dad's twin brother also known as the strongest demon slayer in history Yoriichi Tsugikuni. The others? I haven't found the. Also,Symbols are chosen wether or not they are alive or dead or if they want the job or not." Su.ire seems surprised and looks like she's amazed. "Wait,who is the chosen one?" "My sister, Alexis Yurime Kibutsuji-Tsugikuni"
