S O L E I L

"Sup, bitches."

I narrow my eyes at Julian. "Shut up."

"What'd I do?" He scoffs.

"You said you wanted to go watch the sunset not sunrise." I mumble.

"Well I've decided that we're doing to do both."

I sigh. Waking up early wasn't too hard, but waking me up extremely early? Now that was a problem. 3am was way too early.

Let's not talk about Elias. 8am is way to early for him, let alone 3am. He's been moody all morning and hasn't uttered a word to anyone.

"Can you guys stop being so grumpy? Its summer people." Julian scoffs.

"I just need a coffee." I say. "I'll be fine after that."

"And I need a cigarette, a beer and my bed." Elias mumbles.

"I can't wait." Daniel grins.

I roll my eyes and lean back against my seat. Behind us was Lucas's car with West, Belle and Alvin. I wanted to go with them but Elias didn't let me so here I am.

The only energetic people here was Julian and Daniel. It doesn't help that I went to bed late last night.

We stop by at a gas station and I finally sigh. It was still very much dark but atleast we're almost there.

We head inside the store and I head to the drinks section and grab a canned coffee. Sorry, I mean 2 of those. Elias grabs an energy drink and the rest get coffee. I grab a few snacks and head towards the cashier.

Elias throws is a cigarette and Julian throws in pack of beer.

"ID, please." The cashier says.

"Man, come on." Julian groans. "Youve literally done the same thing before just let us go."

"Fine, whatever. Cash or card?"

"Card." Elias mumbles, sliding his card to the boy. We walk out, bags full and continue the trip.

Once we're there, we settle not too far from the water. I place a few mats on the sand and sit down on them, talking to Belle and Alvin.

"No beer." I say, glaring at Julian. "Let it hit noon atleast you alcoholic."

Elias sits quietly in his corner, looking at the waves, a cigarette between his lips. I get up and sit next to him. He looks down at me and smiles. "Hi."

I smile softly and he grabs my chin, kissing me. "You want to go home, don't you?"

He shrugs. "Kind of."

"Its just for the day, and its going to be fun. Everyone is here."

He nods. "Yeah, but you being here makes it even better."

We wait till the sun rises completely and change into our swimsuits and go in the water.

We end up swimming until noon and they finally open their beers.
