Then she was greeted by Hilda out of nowhere

Selene: *startled* You scared me!
Hilda: Oops, sorry for being too loud
Selene: It's okay... Wait aren't you one of them?
Hilda: The Kamen Riders? Yeah, what about it?
Selene: Why aren't you transforming? You're supposed to protect the civilians like myself and not hiding here!

She pulled out her Raise Buckle that is the Monster Buckle. Hilda then inserts it into the Driver

The logo appears on her right side before tapping onto the Buckle's head. Gloves flies out of the Raise Buckle and destroys the logo that manifested into the armour before it was pulled by a mechanical arm into her top half
Monster! Ready? Fight!
