Chapter 21

As the days went by, Krish and Radhika's bond continued to strengthen, and they found themselves growing increasingly comfortable in each other's presence. What was once a formal acquaintance marked by "AAP" had evolved into a deeper connection, where they now addressed each other as "TUM." They had reached a point where they could openly share their thoughts and feelings without hesitation, and this growth in their relationship brought joy to both their families.

On one particular evening, after a tiring day at work, Krish and Radhika returned home around 6 p.m. They longed to replenish their energy with a soothing cup of tea. However, as they approached the door, they soon realized it was locked, halting their plans momentarily.

Krish: 'Oh no ab yeh lock...Mujhe to lag raha hai saari kaynat aaj mujhe chai peene se rokne ke liye taiyaar hai...'

Radhika: 'Aree yarr... mujhe ab yaad aaya mumma ne bataya tha ki aaj kisi relative ki shaadi mein jaana tha... humara office tha to shayad sab chale gaye...'

Krish: 'Satyanash....matlab ab kya hume taala pakad ke baithna padega kya...'
(He said making a cute face)

Radhika: 'Nahi ji... (He looked at her with a hope in his eyes)...mere paas spare keys haina...'

Krish: 'Toh tum abhi tak kiska wait kar rahi thi...🤨?'

Radhika: 'Tumhare pagal hone ka...😜'

While giggling, she opened the door and both entered the house.

Radhika: 'Krish tum jake fresh hoke aa jao tab tak mein chai banati hoon...'

Krish: 'Haa...okay'

He went and Radhika went to make tea.

After sometime Radhika, while waiting for Krish slept sitting on the sofa as she was tired.

Meanwhile Krish came back all freshened up and got excited seeing his chai ready.

He looked at Radhika sleeping and adoring her cute face, but then he realized what he was doing. He tried to wake her up.

Krish: 'Radhika...Radhika...Utho...chai thandi ho rahi hai...'

Radhika: (She got up rubbing her eyes) '...Sorry yarr neend aa gayi thi...'

Krish: 'It's ok chalo ab chai peelo you'll feel better...(he said while sipping tea)...Ohoooo...... maza aa gaya... Abhi tak sab khali khali lag raha tha...'

Radhika: 'Itna kitna pyaar hai tumhe chai se...jo iske bina tumhe sab khali khali lagta hai...I know tumhe cold coffee bhi pasand hai...but still...'

Krish: Bas itna samajh lo... jabtak inke darshan din mein pure do bar na ho na toh dil dukhta hai mera...(he said in a funny way)

Radhika chuckled. He too laughed.

Radhika: 'Accha ab bohot hans lia...tum baitho mein chali dinner banane...'

Krish: 'Kyun kuch pada nahi hai hum vahi kha lete hain na, tum bhi to thaki hui ho kya saara khana banaogi...'

Radhika: 'Nahi na (She said checking the refrigerator).... kuch nahi pada hai... toh khana toh banana hi padega... Chalo tum TV vagera kuch dekho mein banati hoon...'

A few moments later, as she turned around, she saw that Krish was also present, wearing an apron, and a chef's hat. He had held a spatula in one hand, and was humming a song..."lalala" (Ok sorry...koii bhi gaana imagine karlo) She was surprised and and started laughing...

Radhika: 'Mahashay....yeh kya vesh bhusha dharan ki hai aapne...aur kya chahiye aapko?'

Krish: 'Mein kapde dhone jaa raha hoon...' (He said sarcastically)
