Chapter 25

Radhika walked along the corridor, heading towards her cabin, when an unsettling sensation prickled at her senses. An instinctive feeling of being pursued washed over her, yet she refrained from turning around, opting to maintain her steady stride.

However, her composure shattered abruptly when an unexpected touch enveloped her eyes, the weight of both hands blocking her vision. This was enough to put more fuel in the fire...

Radhika: 'Bas ab bohot ho gaya... mein kabse tumhe bol rahi hoon... meri baat samajh nahi aati kya... aaj main nahi chodne wali tumhe...'

She firmly grasped his hand while simultaneously retrieving a gun with her other hand and she pointed the gun on his head...

Krish: 'Radhaaa....mein hoon...!!'

Radhika: 'Krishhh....tum...?'

Krish: 'Yarr...ankhe band karne ke liye tum seedha banduk se udaa dogi kya...'

Radhika: Sorry...very sorry...I thought voh...(she sighed heavily)...kher chodo...'

Krish: 'Kya chodo...Tum mujhe yeh batao what is bothering you...aur abhi kya bol rahi thi... aaj nahi chodungi...kise nahi chodogi...?'

Radhika: 'Kuch nahi yarr...'

Krish: 'Achaaa ab mujhse chupaogi... Jaldi batao kya problem hai...?'

Radhika: 'Accha theek hain...mein bataungi...lekin idhar nahi...ghar jaake...'

Krish: 'Theek hain...'

After taking the file both came back to the meeting hall.

They worked and returned home in the evening.

At home,

After dinner, Radhika was as usual sitting in the balcony, gazing at the stars lost in her thoughts. A while later, Krish came and sat besides her. Both were silent. 

Radhika then, felt someone's presence...

Radhika: 'Krish...tum kab aaye...?'

Krish: 'Jab tum khoi hui thi...Vese kaunse khayalo mein doobi hui thi aap madam...?'

Radhika: 'Bas kuch soch rahi thi...actually you know what....mera na ..party mein jaane ka koi mood nahi hai...Mein soch rahi thi...kya bahana banao...?' (She said sighing)

Krish: 'Hainn...bahan kyu bhala...party mein kyu nahi jana bhai... are ruko ruko... pehle voh batao jo tumne office main adha choda tha...'

Radhika: 'Yarrrr...maanoge nahi na...(He smiled sheepishly and nodded negatively)...suno fir... mein chahti toh tumhe bohot dino pahle hi bata deti... but I preferred to ignore...lekin ab baat mere sar ke upar jaa rahi hai...Ye jo Yash hai na he is... you know...matlab... trying to cross the limits...meine use bohot baar warnings bhi di... but he is not ready to back out... tum samajh rahe ho na mein kya bol rahi hoon... (He nodded, his full focus on what she was speaking)... jab tum cabin mein aaye the na... tab bhi mein usi pe bhadki hui thi...Aur isiliye...' (Krish interrupts)

Krish: 'Aur isiliye tum party mein nahi aana chahti...haina...?'

Radhika: 'Haan...'

Krish: 'Kya haan...Tum us chomu ki paagalon wali harkaton ki wajah se party attend nahi karogi... don't spoil your mood because of him...tum party mein aa rahi ho...theek haina?'

Radhika: 'Nahi yaar...mera man nahi karra jaane ka...I am damm sure ki woh vaapis koi ulti seedhi harkat karega...aur mein ab sach bata rahi hoon...agar us chomu ne vaapis kuch kiya na...use phod dungi...' (She said rolling her eyes)
