(Hospital. Rei's room.)

3rd POV

Newsreader (TV): "It appears that the live broadcast video is breaking up. It has been reported as getting worse. Our correspondent can't stay--" He wanted to say, but the image on the TV changed with the glitch. On the screen was now shown Dabi sitting on the couch with naked upper body. Of course, this confused Rei and Dabi started to speak.

Dabi (TV): "Please excuse the interruption. My name is Toya Todoroki. My father is the number one hero, Endeavor." He said it shocking Rei.

(Ayane's room.)

Dabi (TV): "Please excuse the interruption. My name is Toya Todoroki. My father is the number one hero, Endeavor." He said it calmly.

Sarah: "...What?" She asked it in shock, while Ayane was looking at him with emotionless face.

(Streets. With Honoka and Osamu. In Honoka's car.)

Dabi (Phone): "Please excuse the interruption. My name is Toya Todoroki. My father is the number one hero, Endeavor." He said it calmly.

Honoka: "...Did you knew?" She asked it calmly as she looked at Osamu. However, Osamu's face was filled with shock and confusion, which gave her an answer. She started up her car and started driving.

(Jaku City. With Endeavor and others.)

Endeavor and Todoroki were shocked with the information they heard.

Dabi: "My face ended up like this, but I thought my family would realize who I was. It's so cruel... So sad, really..." He said it calmly, while Midoriya looked at Dabi in shock and remembered that time, when he and Bakugo were in Todoroki's house.

Izuku: "Toya's..." He said it in shock.

(Hospital. Rei's room.)

Dabi (TV): "I, Toya Todoroki, was born into Endeavor's family as the oldest Todoroki son. Up until now, I've killed over 30 innocent people. Why did I commit such offensive acts? That's what I want to share with you all." He said it calmly.

(Streets. With Honoka and Osamu.)

Dabi (Phone): "Endeavor once yearned for power. From his despair at being unable to surpass All Might, in order to have a child with a stronger quirk, he forced his wife to marry him." He said it calmly, not really surprising the listeners in the car.

(Hospital. Ayane's room.)

Dabi (TV): "I was created for the sake of my father's selfish dream. But apparently, I was a failure." He said it calmly.

Sarah: "I c-can't believe it..." She said it in shock.

Ayane: '(Y/N)... I hope you're okay.' She thought to herself calmly.

(Hiroshi Tameda's room.)

Dabi (Computer): "And he gave up on me before long, and I was abandoned and forgotten." He said it calmly, while shocked Tameda and his shocked shark friend were looking at the screen.

(Jaku City.)

Dabi: "But I did not forget. Without being told, I watched you this whole time. I'm now saying that everyone must be completely without fault. Just you. A pre-recorded video of my personal history is currently playing on all the TVs in the country and on the internet." He said it calmly.

Skeptic: "What a crazy ace up your sleeve." He said it in some shock.

Dabi: "Oh, no... I don't know why, but I'm starting to have fun! How could I make you suffer? How could I trample on your life? It's all I've been thinking about since that day! I didn't know why I existed, and I cried every day clinging to Natsu. You didn't know, did you? At first, when you completed your puppet, Shoto, I thought I'd kill him. But then, you unexpectedly became the number one hero! I-- wanted to make you happy." He said it getting more excited with each sentence, while he danced a little. "I was afraid you were going to die in Kyushu!" He said it as he looked at them with crazy look on his face. "I led Starservant and Ending to you one after another. Even though you'd wanted to be the number one hero so badly, it must've been a heavy burden." He said it calmly as his face faced the sky, while his eyes looked at Endeavor. "You were soothed by admiration from the public, weren't you? The time you spent talking to your kids made you feel the bonds of family, right? You thought you could live properly if you only looked to the future, didn't you? Looks like you don't have a clue, so let me tell you--" He said it as his voice was filling up with anger. "The past won't go away." He said it calmly, and then he placed his hands on his chest. "You reap what you sow. Let's fall together, Enji Todoroki-- Come dance with me in hell, won't you, Father?!" He asked it excitedly with the crazy smile in his face. There was silence, a heavy one.
