Chapter 7: "Risks"

(Shiketsu High School's campus.)

3rd POV

You and Toga were now in Shiketsu's campus getting ready to start.

Y/N: "You got enough blood right?" You asked it calmly as you were holding Toga's clothes.

Toga: "Yes, I have enough of it. Don't worry." She said it as she turned into one of the students.

Y/N: "I can't not to worry, Himiko. It's very risky and--" You wanted to say, but you were cut off by Toga kissing you.

Toga: "(Y/N) (L/N), I'll be fine. And I will make sure to cover it up by some petting and scratching." She said it with the smile, and you just blushed at her words.

Y/N: "F-Fine." You said it as you looked away with your eyes.

Toga: "Good kitty~" She said it as she lightly scratched under your chin and quickly kissed your cheek, before running off to the students.

Y/N: 'Just wait a little, (Y/N). Just wait... for a few hours.' You thought to yourself as you opened a portal and walked in it. You were now back in Ms. Suzuki's apartment. 'Just... a few... hours...' You thought to yourself as you hugged Toga's clothes. You were standing like this what felt like hours for you, but it was just a few minutes.

Ms. Suzuki: "(Y/N)?" She called out to you, basically kicking you out of your thoughts. "Are you alright, dear?" She asked it worriedly.

Y/N: "Yes, I'm fine." You said it calmly, but Ms. Suzuki could tell that you're not alright.

Ms. Suzuki: "(Y/N), I can clearly see that you're not alright. Tell me what's wrong." She said it as she walked up to you. And you did. You told her everything about the exam, Toga's plan, etc. And as an old woman with a lot of free time, Ms. Suzuki listened closely. When you finished talking, Ms. Suzuki just hugged you. "I understand your worriedness, (Y/N), and believe me, I was worried for my son way more. But I knew that he had a great father, who I can trust." She said it with the smile. "So (Y/N), remember, that every relationship builds on trust. So trust her, okay?" She asked it as she let you go. You just nodded in answer. "Do you want some tea?" She asked it with the smile, and you nodded in answer. Ms. Suzuki stood up and left to get some tea.

Y/N: 'It's just for a few hours. She'll be alright.' I thought to myself as I tried to get my mind off of it. 'Trust...' I thought to myself as I touched the choker. ''Just to make sure that no one steals you away from me.~'' I remembered her saying it, which was now making me doubt. 'Is she really trusts me?' I thought to myself, but I quickly shook off that thoughts. 'No, it was gifted to me, so she wouldn't need to worry about me.' I thought to myself as Ms. Suzuki walked in with the tray. She putted it on the coffee table, took one cup and stretched it out to me. "Thank you." I said it calmly as I took it.

Ms. Suzuki: "You're welcome, dear." She said it with the smile as she took other cup.

(Meanwhile. Hospital.)

Detective: "I'm glad that you've finally agreed on this, Ms. (L/N)." She said it as she looked at Ayane, who is sitting on the bed with her legs close to her chest.

Ayane: "I've agreed on doing it, so you would go away already." She said it as she looked at the detective angrily.

Detective: "I'm afraid that's not our last meeting." She said it as she sat down at the table. "Now how about you tell me about your family?" She asked it, which made Ayane look at her in confusion.

Ayane: "Didn't you read the files about them?" She asked it confused.

Detective: "Just answer my question." She said it calmly.
