Chapter one (Emily)

"Your boyfriend doesn't mind that you're going to an entire different university miles away from him?"Amelia Green my new roommate asked after I told her the entire story about Ethan and me .

Me and Ethan have  basically met at high school and we fell in love since then , we decided to go to Meytran together since it was his dream school and since I could study journalism there as well . But at the end of my first year they inform me that they  were looking for some students to exchange universities and do interviews while having the same classes to the other university so I agreed it was an opportunity and experience I couldn't miss out of , it will help with my job interviews in the future.

Micheal supported me and told me that it was a great opportunity for me and that I should do whatever my heart told me to , even though I could see that he didn't want me to change university.

"I don't know he acted very casual about the entire thing that know I have doubts if he actually cares , he told me to do whatever I wanted but I think he feels like I betrayed him". I said while ordering my iced latte from the cafeteria .

"I think you should give him a call afterwards just to make sure everything's okay" she said while guiding me to an empty table .

"Yeah I will" .

"He plays hockey right ?"

"Yeah he does"

"That means he will get to come here if  they are in the championship , I will ask my father and I'll let you know"

I just nodded and continued drinking my coffee.

The cafeteria was surrounded by people , teachers , students ,  the campus cafeteria was a very busy place indeed . I was very worried about Ethan but I tried not to show it . He gets very aggressive and mean when he is mad and I really don't like that aggressive side of his.

At high school I felt like the luckiest girl he was and he is very pretty with long  blond hair that the girls adore now  his hair is buzzed and  he looks even better . I never though I would say that , l  don't normally like guys with buzzed hair but Ethan is pretty no matter what he does , everything looks  good on him .

While I was observing the people around me and thinking about Ethan Amelia started waving at someone that was probably standing behind me and I couldn't see . After couple of seconds four huge people surrounded our table .

"How you doing Amelia ?I see you got some company"the guy with the black hair said while staring directly into my eyes .

"Yeah that's Emily she is a transfer student from Meytran"

"Well hello Emily I'm Logan"he said while giving me his hand to shake it .

"Hi"I said feeling kind of anxious of all the eyes staring at me .

"This is Nate"Logan said while pointing his finger at the tallest guy with curly hair . "And this is Jack"following his fingers my eyes landed on a very pretty guy with long black hair .

"And I'm Hunter" an extremely handsome brunette guy said while he shook my hand as well .

"It's great to meet you all"I said while giving them a polite smile because I started feeling embarrassed.

Logan sat next to me while having a weird smirk all over his face .

"Don't worry he doesn't bite he only stares". Nate's statement made me laugh  .

"Good to know"I said while laughing .

"Where is Micheal ?"Amelia  asked while looking around probably searching for that Micheal guy .

"He was having a lot of fun with a girl from the party last night they did what they did and she left when we left . He said he wanted to take a shower and he will come by when he is done"Jack now took a sit next to Amelia while Nate sat to my other side .

I didn't know that they'll be so many good looking people here I was just wearing a black top my blue jeans and a pair of green gazelles and I had my hair down like always .

"You had a  party last night ? My father is going to kill all of you , except you hunter"hunter was a football player , my father was a football player and my brother followed his steps so I probably know more stuff about football rather than hockey .

My thought got interrupted by Ethan's phone call .

"Morning"he said in a very casual tone

"Good morning . How you doing?"

"Fine I just woke up . Where are you I can hear a lot of people"

"I'm at the cafeteria drinking my latte"I said while I got interrupted by Logan "she's drinking her latte with her  friends" Jesus that guy is going to get me in trouble .

"Who was that Emily ?"

"Just a guy"

"Just a guy ? Huh ? Did you forgot about me that quickly now ? Is that it ?"

"No Ethan stop being so dramatic"

"I don't have time for your shit right now bye"

"Should I call you tonight ?"

"Do whatever you want I don't care" and with that he hang up

Just when my phone call ended and everyone was staring at me I found a new pair of eyes staring at me . Blue eyes , beautiful eyes .

His eyes kind of relaxed me because I stopped peeling my dark red nails that I got done yesterday.

I am sure he was staring at me for a minute or something , that's when Logan broke the silence "Micheal this is Emily"Logan said while pulling a hand around my neck .

Michaels eyes were now fixed on Logan's hand around my neck .

"Hi" I said before him .

"Hi" he said while sitting next to Nate and whispering something to Nate's ear making Nate nod in agreement .

"Me and Emily have to go to class see you later guys"

All of the guys said "bye Emily" at the same time it was kind of creepy but I do know their  feelings look genuine, they look like good people even though they are a little creepy I won't lie .

"Don't worry about them they act weird but trust me they are alright, my fathers the hockey team coach so they won't dare to do anything" she said while we were both laughing .
