The previously calm and relaxed atmosphere immediately disappeared, replaced by tension and vigilance.

The students who had experienced a lot of attacks were familiar with this kind of sudden disturbance and didn't hesitate to increase their caution, each of them maintaining a ready-to-attack posture.

"Stand behind me", Bakugou urgently pulled Nijirou to stand behind him and put on a defensive posture.

The loud sounds from the middle of the stream continued as the total attention of the students was on that site, "BOOM!! CLACK-!!!!!"

It didn't take long for a monster to appear from the middle of the stream, this was expected by them so the people looked at each other and made a decision to attack it simultaneously.

"Stop!", before they others could move Deku stopped them with serious eyes.

"Look at it carefully, its not normal", he said while taking a step closer to Bakugou and Todoroki who were in the forefront.

Todoroki nodded, "We've never confronted a monster that looks like it had intelligence, at least during this training period."

The monster indeed did look like it had intelligence, its eyes kept wandering as if it was scanning its surroundings. When it looked at them it paused and looked like it was analyzing them.

"Is it an advanced monster for us to defeat, because we're entering the final days of the training?", Kirishima asked.

Deku shook his head, "That might be possible...but I think this is not something that Aizawa-sensei had planned."

"You mean its a villain?!!", the others were terrified.

"It doesn't matter, we just have to kill it!!", Bakugou didn't care about whether it was a monster or not. He passed Nijirou to Kirishima and immediately launched from the ground, creating big blasts, "DIE!!"

But even after the blast receded the monster looked unfazed, instead it just flapped what looked like its tail once. There was a pause before the whole stream started freezing at an incredulous pace.

Deku and Todoroki immediately dodged and returned to the ground; looking around they saw the shocking effects of the monster's attack. The trees which were growing on the seabed were so frozen they started cracking and folding in half.

But even when the heavy branches broke and fell sharply on the frozen stream, the ice didn't have a single crack, the broken branches just slid across the slippery surface.

Bakugou landed near Kirishima and narrowed his eyes, "The ice is too strong...", he turned towards Todoroki, "Its similar to icyhot's quirk."

Todoroki nodded, "The ice I can make is not that strong."

"Anyways this monster is very suspicious, we should inform Aizawa-sensei and not take rash decisions on our ow-", Iida's words were not finished as the monster suddenly let out a terrifying screech sound.

It flapped its tail and ascended to the sky while still screaming. The unfrozen water below the ice started warping again, looking like water-sprouts surrounding the monster.

"Get back everyone!", Deku shouted urgently.

Just as everyone took a cover behind the trees, there was another huge blast, sending out icicles everywhere.

When Bakugou opened his eyes again, he saw two more monsters beside the first one, each of them screaming as if they were in extreme anguish. The one on the left screamed while spouting out fire; whereas the one on the right was more peculiar.
