(Maria's P.O.V)
"How are we going to tell her? Without her killing herself forever?" I faintly hear and I decided to pretend to be sleeping so I can hear them.
"I don't know but she's not going to take this good. I'm scared, we can't lose her, she's our alpha and we need her to lead us. She's the queen wolf, she's in control of every pack and wolf. She controls Lexi and her pack, she leads them and every wolf." I hear Ashton say and then I hear Niall sigh.
"So Maria leads everyone even Lexi? So she's the top wolf and how did this happen?" Niall asked and Ashton answers which surprises me.
"Her Father, died protecting her. Her father was the king wolf, no one could command him to do anything. So he said that when he dies Maria will be the queen wolf and no one can command her to do anything" Ashton said and I hold in my sobs, my father is dead?. "Also, her father died in war with Lexi's brother Max, Max wanted Maria dead because she "stole" Dylan but Maria didn't. So Maria's dad died protecting Maria from Max and Max died in the war also. Once you think you have a mate, it changes even if you don't want it to. So when Maria came along, her real, mate is Dylan and it always will be. But now Dylan's lost his memory and thinks Lexi is his mate when she's not, she is Kellin's mate." I open my eyes and Ash and Niall gasps freezing waiting for me to talk.
(Kellin's P.O.V)
I hit my head on a tree and groan. Why can't Lexi see she's my mate not Dylan's. God dammit without her I'll die, literally you can't go without your mate without dying in the process. Everyone knows this even Lexi so I don't know why she's doing this.... Maybe she's just jealous........
