This is the present.
It didn't start out this way.
It all leads back to several years ago.
At the church.
"Rick, are you serious right now?"
He turns around to face his sister who is currently holding his infant daughter Judith. "Y/N, it isn't my call."
"They shouldn't have to leave." She says angrily.
After the prison fell, Y/N and Ricks group was separated. She found her niece Judith and protected her. Eventually she reunited with her brother Rick and his other child, Carl.
On the way back to everyone, Glenn met this new group of people, as well as a woman named Tara.
There's a beefy redhead man named Abraham, his girlfriend Rosita, and a man named Eugene who claims to be a scientist.
Now Abe wants to drag Glenn, Tara, and Maggie along on their way to delivering the scientist to Washington DC.
Y/N doesn't like this. Glenn has been with the Grimes since the beginning.
When the apocalypse started, Y/N was staying at her brothers house. She had just recently gotten out of a bad relationship and needed a place to stay.
Lori, Ricks now deceased wife, fled the town with Carl and Ricks sheriff partner Shane. Y/N tagged along to a camp just outside of Atlanta.
That's when she met Glenn. Then one day, on a run into the city, they found her brother.
Since then, the group has changed quite a bit. They've lost people. They've found people.
They're a family. And family shouldn't leave with people they just met.
