A painful throbbing ran through Choi Beomgyu's head.
A burning sensation spread from his toes to his ear, and when he opened his sticky eyes, he was enveloped in absolute darkness.
He was lying on a hard mattress, the sheet under his fingers felt cool. It immediately reminded him of the bed he had always slept on in Pandemonium. With a sigh, he turned to the side and felt the excruciating pain in his jaw that would not close. His lips were literally stuck to the plastic ball that was tied around his head with a ribbon, and swallowing was difficult.
Beomgyu could not comprehend what was going on, and his gaze roamed the darkness without being able to make out anything.
His wrists were tied to the bed frame with a tight rope, as were his trembling feet. In his fatigue and confusion, he tossed and turned. He could make out nothing in the entire room, everything was completely black and slowly his perception returned.
Trapped, tied to a bed, with a bizarre gag in his mouth, which had only happened to him during the disturbing fantasies of his previous clients.
Instinctively, Beomgyu tugged at the rope, but it was so tight that it did not give an inch, and thus he could only grasp the ice-cold frame with his fingers.

Everything had been trashed, and he remembered that the doorbell had rung shortly after Yeonjun had run away. Vaguely, it came back to his mind that he had opened the door but had not been able to take even a breath before his eyes went black. A strange smell had remained in his memory, emanating from the cloth that had been pressed against his face.
