"Thank you for accompanying me," came from Choi Yeonjun, who was sitting next to his ex-boyfriend Sejung in the back seat of Hyunwoo's car.

In the few days, a few things had changed for the hotel owners' son. The overgrown hair had changed to a black mullet, and his style of dress was also a little different. Yeonjun wore a very loose pair of black silk pants that could definitely have been mistaken for a skirt at first glance. He wore an equally black, skin-tight turtleneck sweater with them. To complete this elegant style, perched on his nose were a pair of glasses with thick, equally black frames.

It was definitely a change and a step forward for the young man, who until a few days ago had been depressed in bed.

But now he was sitting with Sejung in the vehicle on the way to his old apartment.

And he had no idea what awaited him there.

Although his mother had hired people to put the apartment back in order, it was still exciting to return. There were many uncertainties there and just as many feelings. Memories of Beomgyu lurked in every room and he didn't know if he was up to it.

"Sure, you said it's the first time you've gone back to the apartment since. It must be upsetting for you," Sejung said with a friendly smile.

Yeonjun returned that smile after turning his head to the elder.

He was grateful for this support.

Even though the last conversation still made him feel insecure.

When Hyunwoo parked the car - quietly as always - Yeonjun got out first. They both still knew the way to his apartment, but it had been a long time since Sejung had been there. During the elevator ride, the wealthy Choi glanced out the glass wall that provided a wonderful view of the city. Beomgyu hadn't been so thrilled with the height at the time, whereas Sejung didn't really seem to have a problem with it.

"You haven't been to the apartment in a long time," Yeonjun said just to break the silence. At the same time, it wasn't really a big deal. Neither the silence, nor the fact.

But Sejung seemed to regret it, at least that's what he showed by pouting. "Yes, unfortunately," he muttered, and as the elevator came to a stop and opened, they looked down the long hallway. "You can't let a place like this get away from you. It's terrible that someone even broke in here."
