17. (HYUNJIN.POV)

I ran away from school and went somewhere where all my thoughts would disappear. Into the woods. I'll go for a run and be back. Well, I couldn't avoid the thoughts until then. Han is lucky. He has a beautiful and kind grandmother and I have no one but brothers. But who should I find when the only one I like is Jun? Everyone at school is afraid of us. Well, like which one. I finally entered the forest. I love that place. The only place where I can turn off my thoughts.I changed into my wolf form and ran away like the wind for a race. I love that feeling more than the forest. I ran all the way to the middle of the forest where I just lay and rested. After a while I decided to go to the lake. a smaller shower won't hurt. I slowly walked to the pond when I saw a girl about my age. Red-haired, freckled and tall. She is beautiful. I slowly came to her but she didn't scare me.

"Hello wolf," she crooned and stroked me.

"Aren't you afraid of me? You are brave," I am not shy because I am not an ordinary wolf.

"Which direction are you going?" she asked me. I turned in the direction of the lake.

,,To the lake? So we'll go together," she said and stood up. I followed her. I was blown away by her beauty. She's more beautiful than Jun. Much.

"What do the animals call you?" she asked me. How should I tell her so that she doesn't get scared. I have no choice but to change. A talking wolf wouldn't make much sense.

"Hyunjin and what do people call you?" I asked her. She turned around, but she wasn't scared. More excited, but I couldn't tell from her expression. She was still smiling.

"Dang Minso. Minie," she replied.

"Aren't you scared?" I was still surprised

,,Why? Because we are the same? A wolf could not be petted so easily," she said, turning around.

"I'll still call you Wolf. Just so you know."

"At least wait for me," I said when she was about 5 meters from me. It was quiet the whole way, which bothered me, but I couldn't take my eyes off her. And she was looking around the forest. The lake wasn't far away.

"Did you run away from school?" She suddenly asked.

,,Yes. You too?"

,,Yes. Who will ban me? Mom is in a psychiatric hospital and dad is dead."

,,I'm sorry. But I have something similar. Mom and Dad haven't been home for about 5 years."

"But you don't mind." He's right. I don't mind. Neither do the brothers. We like to be alone. We came to the pond and sat down. I thought of jumping into the water, but what would she do? Would she be bored?

"Hey wolf, do you want to take a bath?" she said and I just looked at her confused. She had a strange smile on her face. She suddenly poked me and I was in the water. I stayed under the water for a while to see how she would react. She started screaming. So I had an opportunity to pull her into the water. I pulled her and swam away. I surfaced and saw her red and long hair in her face.

"You dummy," she said and laughed.

"You shouldn't have dropped me, I wouldn't have pulled you down," I said and laughed. When her hair didn't obstruct the view, she looked me over from head to toe. I didn't even realize that my t-shirt was stuck to my body, so almost everything was visible .

"Don't look at me!" I shouted and she laughed. I sat down in the water but I didn't realize that my head would be under water, so I drank a little. I quickly jumped to my feet and started coughing up the water.

"Are you okay?" she asked worriedly.

"Hey..just...I...had a drink," then the voice sounded like laughter. When I looked at her she was still laughing, so I started too. I waited until she finished laughing so I could drown her and so I slowly approached her. She laughed and I grabbed her by the waist and pushed her into a little deeper water. When she surfaced, her hair got in the way.

"Really?" she laughed

"What's wrong Minie?" I laughed. She disappeared under the water. "Hyunjin wait for the attack," I said to myself. She jumped on me from behind and we both fell under the water again. We surfaced and started coughing up water. This time I I wasn't the only one who drank. But she didn't stop even after several minutes. She scared me.

"Are you okay?" I asked her worriedly.

"It's starting to...get better," she replied but didn't stop. I patted her on the back and she coughed up all the water.

"It's better now," she laughed.

,,Do not laugh. You choked on water!"

"That's the funniest thing about it. I can suffocate with air," she continued laughing. Crazy kid. I shook my head at her.

(4 hours later)

I don't know how long we were here but we enjoyed it. But Minie was mostly laughing and I was making a fool of myself. I had no idea what time it was and when school ended. I enjoyed myself. I was right by the waterfall at the other end of the pond when Minie screamed at me.

"Wolf!" screamed Minie

,,Yes?"

"It's lunchtime!" she screamed. Already?! School ends in a minute! But how can I dry off so quickly and get there?

"Minie, we'll have to go!" I hummed and started swimming to her.

"Everything is in bags, but how quickly will we dry?"

"I don't know, but we have to move." We started to run. It occurred to me that we are wolves, so why aren't we running?

"Minie, change!" I told her, and she did so. Her fur was red. She kept running. I did the same. We were out of the forest for a while, so we had to return to our form. We were at my school in about 5-10 minutes.

"Minie, would you give me your number?" I asked her. She nodded and took out her mobile phone from her bag. She started dictating it to me and I wrote it down.

"Before I leave," she came closer to me and kissed me on the cheek.

"Bye Wolf," she waved at me and left.I returned to school where Han, Minho and Jun were already waiting for me. I will not mourn this day, even if they bite me for it.
