I wake up to something banging. I look at the clock and see that it is 11 o'clock in the evening. I came to the window and looked out. I saw a terrible storm. It flashed and I jumped. I'm not afraid of storms, and lightning scares me. I went back to bed and tried to sleep, but the lightning made it difficult. I got out of bed with the intention of closing the window, but the sky had other intentions. Lightning struck a nearby tree and broke it. I immediately screamed and fell to the ground.
