The bell for lunch echoed all throughout the school as the students immediately stood up from their seats leaving the class immediately.

The school corridor got filled with the walking bodies of the children including the freshers, sophomores, juniors as well as the seniors.

Haechan closed the book which he didn't even paid attention to whole class and looked at his right to spot Jihye completing the pending notes of two days.

He cleared his throat and kept the books and pens aside leaning on the table keeping his chin on his fist. 

He ran his fingers in his black jet hair and bounced his legs up and down in nervousness.

Why am I even feeling nervous? It's just a question.

Jihye noticed his state from her peripheral vision making her shake her head.

"Go on"

The boy looked at her wide eyed.

"What?"

He asked, shocked to see at how she knew he was about to ask something.

Keeping the pen down, Jihye turned the pages around and restarted writing marking the question. The sun was up in the sky but the temperature was low.

"Go on, what you wanna ask?"

"How you know I was about to ask something?"

She clicked her tongue at how he's asking too many questions instead of getting straight to the point.

"You are too easy to read hyuck, just say"

"What were you talking to Mark?"

His question made her stop writing as the girl kept her pen down looking at him raising an eyebrow.

"Aren't you being too curious?"

Haechan rolled his eyes leaning on his chair.

"It's just a simple question, I am curious that's all, he's not a good one and the captain talking to that type of boys are making me worried for you"

"He's a good one hyuck, no need to be worried about it and why do you even hate him so much?" 

This question made the boy clear his throat as he stood up from his seat.

"I will get something to eat, stay here"

"Bring me some strawberry milk, thank you"

With a nod, haechan walked out of the classroom with his hands in pocket.

Few minutes passed by as Jihye continued to write on the copy but a knock on the classroom door made her look up only to spot Jaemin.

"Hey"

Jaemin waved as the girl smiled reciprocating the gesture. Jaemin took it as a cue to walk inside the room taking a seat infront, facing her.

"Copying the notes I see"
he mocked keeping both his hands crossed on the table.

"I don't copy Jae, I am just looking at the important topic teacher told in last two days"

"If you need some help with the notes I am here" He suggested and the girl nodded.

"Thanks for your support with everything and especially for covering me and Sung infront of dad" Jihye smiled at him making him roll his eyes.

"Don't thank me, I did it for Jisung" This made Jihye playfully glare at him.

"You sure know how to get on my nerves"

Jaemin nodded immediately with a proud look. "Indeed, years of practice you know" The comment made her laugh.
