Difficult Situation

After Christmas, Vincent felt happy that we gave him everything that he ever wanted. he has friends now and a girlfriend, Michelle. He is grateful to have us. He brought home a new Eco-tech phone from me. He has a mistletoe from Michelle and he can feel the kiss that he never had until he found love for himself with Michelle. He will keep the mistletoe as a memory.

Vincent came home with a smiling face, but he came in unexpectedly. He sees his parent sitting at the dining table, waiting for Vincent. Vincent switches from smiling to nervous and curious as he can sense something is wrong. Thinking did his parents find out? He was spending time hanging out with friends for the entire first semester. He is a straight As student. There could be something that he didn't realize what he has caused. 

" Mom, Dad, is there anything alright," said Vincent, 
" Son, where were you been," said Vincent's dad
" umm, sorry I can't tell you," said Vincent

Vincent doesn't want to tell his dad that he was hanging out with his friends. He didn't mean any trouble but wanted to have a normal life.

" Why, what have you been doing," said his dad," are you hiding something," 
" What, Dad, what," Vincent frowns "It is not something illegal like you did," 
" Don't you dare talk to me  like that," said Vincent's dad " Where were you, answer me now," 

Vincent's father notices Vincent has a box of new Eco-tech phones, a men's perfume from Jaime and Morgan, a soccer ball from Joshua, a cup with a photo of us from Nick, and a gift box of mistletoe.

" What the heck is that," said Vincent's dad, " Give me that"

Vincent's father snatches Vincent's Christmas presents. He sees a box of new Eco-tech phones and a gift box of mistletoe.

" A new phone, a men's perfume, a soccer ball, a cup with a photo of random people, and mistletoes, what are these things," said Vincent's dad, angry "Did you steal them,"
" No, Dad, they  were given," said Vincent 
" From who," said Vincent's dad
" My friends," said Vincent"
" Your friends, friends," Vincent's father, " you idiot, you know the rules, no friends allowed. so you have been hanging out with your friends for a full first semester."
" Why Dad, why," Vincent gets pissed," why is that wrong, the only thing I wanted is a normal life. I was happy to have them because they made me feel welcome to be with someone that I never had. I used to have a normal life in that I don't have to worry about anything but it was gone because of you. it wouldn't happen if you don't be aware of what are you doing. look at you, look what you became. a gangster, a criminal. Thanks to you that I never get a normal life. you ruin my life,"

VIncent's father felt harsh and understood what he said. he felt sorry. Suddenly, VIncent's mom came to stop his dad before Vincent gets hurt.

" Honey, please calm down, he's your son. don't be like Ronald," said Vincent's mom

Vincent's dad calms down and takes breaths

" Vincent, I'm sorry that I have been mean to you," said Vincent's father, "I know this is all my fault. all needed was a job."

" Dad, there's a lot of jobs you can choose without involving in some crime," said Vincent 

" I know, but I was stupid and mad after I got fired," said Vincent's father "Did you tell your friends about our situation," 

" No, Dad, I don't want them to be involved, I won't be allowed them to end up like us," said Vincent

" Good, keep it up that way, is the driver okay about it," said Vincent's dad

" Yes, but he also has the same situation as us," said Vincent

" Son, I'm proud of you that you have a chance of having friends," said Vincent's dad "If they're good people then don't give up on them."
